1 out of 5 eggsBad Head Phones Bad Service

Pros: Great while It worked....

Cons: Wire pulled right out of the plastic splitter, The extended warranty plan dosent cover cheap construction . It really made me reevaluate new egg as a whole. What kind of website dosent give the correct warranties to the products there selling. Iv spent Thousands of dollars on new egg now I don't know If Ill ever buy from here again.

Other Thoughts: If new egg can help me resolve this issue Ill keep my faith in it.

1 out of 5 eggsA Scam and Lies

Pros: At the time I was so happy to buy these headphones they were comfortable I was happy.

Cons: Then I realized a what a bad warranty system new egg has . I heard about the negative reviews this product had about the product being made cheaply when it Connects to the PC.Stupidly I thought ow well Ill just buy an extended warranty in case mine breaks that way I can get my money back or get it replaced. Wrong apparently You have to buy the right kind of extended warranty , not just the ones new egg shows when you check out. Apparently the product being cheaply made isn't covered in the warranty. Now I'm left with a seventy five dollar paper weight .

Other Thoughts: If your gonna offer warranty to cover a product make sure its the right one. Now I'm worried Ive Bought thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from New egg and the warranties that goes along with them wont mean anything if they break down. Now im conflicted I love new egg and The products hell Ive even spoken to Paul about computers, now I don't know If Ill ever use it again. Maybe i missed something or I didn't go through the correct channels If new egg dosent dosent help me resolve this issue or at least give me a gift card for the same amount I'm not gonna use It again.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Extremely comfortable, great frequency response (even better than my 5.1 system). Bass is strong, but not overpowering; treble is crisp without being tinny. Playing Battlefield 3 is now a whole new experience. Mic quality is good according to people I have chatted with.

Cons: I didn't buy one sooner.

1 out of 5 eggsGreat Sound Weak Construction

Pros: None

Cons: Unit wont last long, its contruction is of weak plastics and thin wiring means it will eventually stop working, Unit is only 6 months old Headphones dont work no sound comes through yet Microphone works, Overall when it did work it was a fantastic headset but reliability and cheap construction means this isnt a headset that will last. Find something else with a better price and better quality in terms of construction, Ill never purchase another Creative headset after having 5 of these things fail for me and others in my clan, means there worthless for the long haul. All have the same problem audio eventually cuts out but microphone remains working.

Other Thoughts: Creative's support is worthless, Phone number listed on newegg dosent exist apparently, website dosent even list particular headsets they have

Pros: Sounds great, comfortable, had no problems until...

Cons: Not a usb plug in. Wire pulled right out of the plastic splitter. Bought it in October... Didn't even bother with tech support. Went and bought a logitech with USB.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Headphones If you get On sale.

Pros: The sound is great I hear things In music and games I never heard before. Fits on ears really nice. I got them for 40 dollars so that's the reason I bought them other wise I wouldn't send 80 dollars on them.

Cons: The cord is really thin and cheap feeling. Id expect for a 100 dollar asking price when theses came out the cord would of been a little thicker.

Other Thoughts: Really good headphones If you can get them on sale.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing!

Pros: I thought I knew what amazing gameplay sound was until I got these. Everything comes alive.
Surround sound for movies and shows is amazing and like most headsets, this one doesn't cause the audio static others do. 39.99 on newegg shell shocker.

Cons: Bass could be better but no eggs taken off since I'm still amazed at how well they perform for the price.

3 out of 5 eggsUNCOMFORTABLE

Pros: Great sound quality but that's about it.

Cons: UNCOMFORTABLE I play wow for hours at a time and these things hurt the top of my head. I have tried to adjust but nothing works. Also the wiring is flimsy at best I have had these for about 3-4 months now and the wire for the headset side just ripped out at the slightest tug when it got wrapped around my leg.

Other Thoughts: Like I said Great sound quality but very uncomfortable and wiring very cheap for the price go with the Creative tactics 3d, bought the Tactics in place of the fatality and a way better headset for about the same price.

2 out of 5 eggsWorked, until it didn't

Pros: the sound is awesome.

Cons: the mic has feedback..makes it completely unusable. not happy at all.

Other Thoughts: I thought it might be the sound card...but the very loud static only happens when the mic is turned on. I've gone through googling, and have muted mic in playback and everything, but the static persists.

Maybe I have lemons, I dunno...2nd pair of creative headsets that have done this. they really need to work on shielding or grounding the mic better.
