Cons: After playing with this for just a few minutes, it's clear that the picture captured is actually lower than 720p then blown up by the hardware. The results are splotchy with terrible light balance.

Other Thoughts: The installer looks like it hasn't been updated since 2003.

Cons: 720P my ***! This is absolutely the worst picture quality I have ever seen in any webcam that claims to be HD! I challenge you to find worse.

Exceptionally grainy and muddy picture, even in the best lighting conditions. I thought it was my settings or lighting, or maybe my USB-3 port, but no, after about 2 hours of playing around with all of the above, it's still horrible!

I am actually embarrassed to stream with this thing because EVERYONE'S quality looks so much better than mine. Anyone who gives this preschool child's toy 5 stars either works for Creative of has no clue what a webcam even is.

Other Thoughts: I missed being able to return it by one week and now I will never even CONSIDER purchasing any Creative product again. Newegg should have a "minus stars" rating just for this thing.

Pros: Small and classy looking camera that look quite natural sitting on the top of my TV. We use it to skype from the couch on the HTPC setup. Plug and play with Win7 64 bit. No bloated driver or software installation. Video is clear and crisp with good color. The auto white balance and focus work well too.

Cons: Software aborts if you have the camera unplugged, which the insert tells you not to do. -1 egg. (Windows 7 finds drivers after plugged in, then install again and it works).

You want at minimum a nice picture, but read below. -3 stars for not delivering on the basics.

Other Thoughts: Banging my head on the keyboard for not checking reviews on NewEgg first before buying this product! Indeed the picture quality of this web cam is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. This web cam is supposed to have “HD quality”, however after a _long_ time of fine tuning with the software you download and at the 720p scan res, its picture quality PALES in comparison to my VGA (non-HD) Microsoft VX-5000 web cam which was the same price. Why didn’t I buy another one of those? <palm to forehead> The picture quality is so bad you are left in disbelief. Absolutely look elsewhere.

Pros: Small Package & small footprint size good microphone quality.

Cons: Horrible picture quality even at highest resolution. Go software uninstall. I would not rec low light level is very poor.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend spending a little more money for better quality.
