2 out of 5 eggsBad.

Pros: They aren't broken. Fast shipping.

Cons: They truly sound as if you have paper cups on your ears and cheap over-the-ear headphones on top of them. My $9 (other brand) in-ear headphones from Walmart sound incredible compared to these. Also, they aren't comfortable at all.

Other Thoughts: Two stars is very, very kind.

1 out of 5 eggsCheap, Breaks Easily

Pros: Sounds OK when they work

Cons: Lost hearing in the left ear with no physical damage (all cords intact) in about 3 months of use.
Quality not great, but again it is cheap.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Circumaural so they fit over my ears, great for podcast, good enough for game audio.

Cons: Not great with the bass.

Other Thoughts: Ok for music but if crank the bass you get some crunch.
As other reviewers have said, the individual volume knobs are pretty much on or off.

4 out of 5 eggsNot an Audiophile

Pros: I'm not an audiophile, but these headphones have quite nice bass, and treble, and general range.
Actually fits over my ears.
Doesn't squeeze my head.

Cons: There are volume controls on both earcups, the usefulness of which is lost on me.
The cord is only long enough for use with a laptop or the front jacks on a tower. (Read: Buy an extension cable if you care about cable length.)
Fit better when left and right is swapped.

Other Thoughts: If I had paid 20$ for these headphones I would feel like I got my money's worth.
I did some quick audio tests and the speakers' ranges seem to be from 35hz to 10khz, which are inaudibly low and uncomfortably high respectively. If your music contains frequencies past these, why are you listening to it with headphones?

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad.

Pros: Comfortable, nice sound, heavy bass, and the sounds control is nice too.
The feel nice and light on my head, and I wore them for hours with no issue already. They hold well on my head.

Cons: They do feel very fake, and feel easy to break. Now they aren't sound canceling, which is bad for me. I enjoy not being able to hear people, and not for people to hear me.
The volume control is very sensitive though. Not accurate controlling. You could have it at full, and twist it a little and it's nearly off.

Other Thoughts: After a good amount of time listening to songs with these, they're a good buy. I would recommend them for someone who just had their head phones broke, but if they have the money for bigger ones I would say not get these.
But cheap, easy headphones? These will do nicely.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Comfortable, price, right and left independent volume control, longevity.

Cons: Not durable, sound could be better

Other Thoughts: I recently purchased my 2nd pair of these headphones. My first pair lasted more than 3 years. Unfortunately, these headphones are not durable. My initial pair became damaged after about a year due to falling. While still functional the headphones became very temperamental and couldn't be fully plugged into the jack or the sound became distorted.

2 years later, they took a fall off my desk again and one of the headphones snapped off.

Despite their lack of durability, if you take care not to abuse these headphones, they will last a LONG time. I transported these headphones often (although they're mostly used at my computer) and never had a problem with the wiring shorting or breaking. The speakers themselves never gave me any trouble and worked fine, and the dual volume control is a really nice feature.

For the price, these around the ear headphones just can't be beat. The sound quality is far above a 10 dollar value.

3 out of 5 eggsWorth the money

Pros: -Decent Sound
-Dual Volume Controls (If you happen to need that)
-Cheap!

Cons: -Extremely Short Cord, like short short.
-Sound is kind of hollow
-Almost no bass whatsoever

Other Thoughts: I used these to replace my JVC-RX500's that had their connector ripped off. I thought I found a half-decent replacement on the cheap. I should've just shelled out the cash for another pair.

5 out of 5 eggsGood sound, Excellent price!

Pros: One of the greatest things about these headphones is the price! You can't go wrong with these for 8 bucks! On top of that, I never expected these to last me over a year. Also, the sound quality is actually very good. These also fit around my head and ears comfortably for hours. The bass and treble are balanced nicely. Not too much bass, and treble is nice.

Cons: The one con I have is the feel of the headphones. They feel extremely cheap. Whenever I pick them up, it feels like it wants to fall apart. I'm very careful with my things so these have held up fine for over 2 years!

Other Thoughts: Like what another reviewer said, whenever a friend uses these, they often wonder how much I paid for them. They couldn't believe it when I told them how cheap they were.

3 out of 5 eggs3.8 rating

Pros: Good Bass. Good sound.

Cons: I like headphones that have a great feeling on your head. These feel pretty cheap so you're paying for what your getting for the quality of the product. Except sound.

Other Thoughts: 3.8 rating....not 4.
