5 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse, lots of features

Pros: Carbon Fiber :D, LCD screen for quick adjustment of DPI on both axis independently, lots of buttons to macro, high DPI ability, great detection due to dual laser system, 5 different preset modes all adjustable, looks cool, extremely accurate.

Cons: The software that comes with it is someone iffy; could use some work, slightly bulky, occasionally wont initialize after a hard system reboot, button placement someone difficult to get used to.

Other Thoughts: Although the mouse is someone bulky and difficult to get used to I can almost guarantee that you'll get used to it and come to love it. Could use a new control panel set up and firmware but that will come eventually.

1 out of 5 eggsFAIL

Pros: As was said before: carbon fiber...

Cons: Software didn't install for me, INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE! I kept trying to like it, but I just can't ... especially when I can't program any of the buttons. It also seems to built for smaller hands [the manual has suggestions on how to use it, and my hands are too big]. It's also huge... feels like I'm grabbing my keyboard...

Other Thoughts: Can't wait to get this thing out of my house, and back to newegg.

3 out of 5 eggsGood concept, poor execution

Pros: The mouse has a great shape and size. Plenty of buttons; can program in macro functions. Laser has excellent detection.

Cons: Poor button layout, and the software included needs work.

Many of the buttons need to have their location moved, such as the mouse4 and 5 buttons. The profile changer button/DPI wheel are far too easy to hit when you are moving the mouse.

You cannot change all of the buttons functions, and you cannot disable profiles if you don't want to use them.

Other Thoughts: If Silverstone reviews the comments made about this mouse and changes the button layout, the Raven would be a serious contender for the best gaming mouse.

1 out of 5 eggsnot so good

Pros: Its got carbon fiber

Cons: It doesn't allow buttons to work after you plug it in unless you plug the mouse in prior to the boot up of your system. Which makes playing games a hardship to undergo. The dumb button on the side (tumor) makes it really hard to grip the mouse and move it in Fps without changing the DPI. The display cant be seen while using it so whats the point?

Other Thoughts: I lost the box to this and newegg would not help me. I called the manufacture and they wanted me to pay shipping one way which just annoyed me. So this mouse all around gave me a headack. So I sold it to someone cheap and said screw it.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Amazing speeds while playing FPS and RTS's. It hasnt missed a beat when it comes to whipping it around constantly. With the 50G's of Power. Which is equivalent of 500m/s2. The screen is very useful.

Cons: The DPI button would seem like it would be a nuisances but it actually helps you hold the mouse and move even faster. It isnt easily hit but can be if you freak out and start tensing up. You have work at this mouse it isnt just a normal mouse. BUt once you get it broke in. Guess whos gonna win more games?

Other Thoughts: Hand was sore for a few days. You have to reconfigure your hand onto the new mouse. But like I said after a few weeks you'll love it. Then again people will always complain hard is bad. But they never experienced true dedication, and watch it in full bloom.
