4 out of 5 eggsGood for the price

Pros: Good sound, easy to setup through USB port. 7.1 surround is pretty good for headphones with some adjustment needed in the software to sound correct. Good enough bass response without vibration turned on.

Cons: For some reason the sound stops working spuriously. Tried reinstall, checked USB ports, looked for update. I found if I switch USB ports, the sound comes back for a while. The vibration simulates bass response but it picks up a hum from some radio interference or something so I don't use it.

Other Thoughts: I have owned this pair for 6 months. I have owned two other surround headphone sets, a Logitech G35 and a $200 Tritton Pro+ 5.1 and these seem almost as good and cost way less!

3 out of 5 eggsDecent

Pros: I've had these for 6 months and they work fine. Sound quality is really the best part of this headset. Mic is fine for in game communication.
The headband is comfortable, the ear cups are just a bit too small for my ears. I wear these for 7-10 hours at a time and I don't find myself fatigued in any way due to this headset. They don't feel heavy on my head.
The mute button is a great feature of this headset and is fairly easy to use (though the light illuminates when the mic is muted instead of when it's live - which, to me, seems backwards to how it should work).
I sometimes wear glasses while using these and everything still feels pretty comfortable.

Cons: The mic picks up a lot of background noise. There's just a bit of feedback present in all my streams and recordings. I can edit most of it out in my recording, but they're not ideal for streaming.
The ear cups make your ears very warm. I'm bald, so it easy to tell the heat is coming from the ear cups and nothing else.
The ear cups are a bit small for my ears and my ears are a bit "tucked" in a the top (my ears are 3" from top to bottom). If your ears are 3" or longer, you probably want a different headset.
The motor for the vibration is annoying, to say the least. I NEVER us the vibration feature because of this. There is a very noticeable hum when you have the vibration turned on, even on the lowest of the two settings. When turned on the higher of the settings you'll think an airplane is hovering over your house.

Other Thoughts: This is a decent headset, I wouldn't say great and I wouldn't say poor. The sound is great and if you have ears smaller than 2.75" they should be comfortable. I don't know how anyone can use the vibration feature with the hum that the motor makes. The mic is decent for Skype and in-game communication, but not recording quality.
I picked mine up for 50 dollars with the rebate (which was a smooth process). For this price, they're well worth picking up if you don't intend to record and if your ears are under 3" long.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Headphones. Then there is the price

Pros: When I bought this headset I was just looking for a cheap 7.1 headset. I had no idea that these would be so good. The sound is amazing for the price. I had thought that the vibration feature was complete B.S., but and a big one here, it's really not. When an explosion happens you kind of feel it, and unlike vibrating controllers it's right there next to your ear, and you don't have to have huge amounts of bass turned up. That's the biggest selling point for these headsets, the bass is actual, and not through the speakers but right there, you can feel the volume, without having to turn it up. For the price these things are amazing.

Cons: The Highs could be better. But to get this quality for this price. You cannot complain. If these where 120$ I would say that the way the bass vibration happens on low volume videos can be annoying, but there is a switch to turn it off while watching videos that don't have a lot of action and such. Again, for the price YOU CANNOT BEAT these things. I can't stress that enough.

Other Thoughts: No problems with the mic other than the included pop filter will fall off over time, but it's no really needed anyway. No egg dropped for that.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat value!!

Pros: -Very comfortable
-Awesome Mic
-Nice noise cancelling
-nice controls
-Long USB cord
-Good clear sound
-Plug in and go
-Really good bass

Cons: The cons are small but worth mentioning.
-Control box can snag on chair or desk if not arranged properly
-The sound at first sounded like it had too much bass....but was fixed after adjusting settings.
-Not a huge fan of the vibration setting but can be turned off

Other Thoughts: Overall, amazing value. I picked them up for 39.99 which i thought was a steal. First headset i have owned for gaming and I would highly recommend them.

2 out of 5 eggsNot perfect

Pros: It sounds amazing for the price

Cons: Clicking the buttons will reset the headset. the bigger problem is the mic won't be detected by anything only the software itself (Skype, mumble, obs, audacity)

3 out of 5 eggsSolid headset

Pros: Good audio, relatively comfortable.

Cons: The "vibration" can enhance the experience, but often is overpowering if not obnoxious, especially when on "2".

After a few hours they lose begin to cause some minor ear discomfort.

The microphone has a limited rotation and range of movement, which sometimes can be less than ideal

Other Thoughts: For the cost, a solid headset. I'm not willing to spend $200 on one, and this one does the job well enough.

1 out of 5 eggsGood headset, won't last

Pros: This headset has great sound quality, some of the best at this price.

Vibration is pretty unique idea, and it sorta helps in immersing you into the game you are playing.

The microphone is absolutely outstanding for the price, it doesn't even need the filter on it.

Cons: Do not buy this if you want a lasting headset.

Plastic pieces on headset will break easily.

Other Thoughts: Plastic holding together the ball and socket mechanism for the cups (which allows the cups to swivel) will break off after continual use. Pressure is applied to that area whenever you pull the cups apart to put the headset on your head, after a while it will break. No amount of tape or super glue will save it either.

5 out of 5 eggsamazing head set. absolutely great for gaming.

Pros: This head set has served me well for 3 years now. The virtual 7.1 surround sound is by far the best I've experienced. The vibration has been the most enjoyable feature I've known in a head set. really keeps your ears from hurting over time. Especially if you have big ears like me.

The microphone is clear and good quality. Easy to manipulate in any form or fashion.

The cable is sturdy and not easily broken (I am yet to break it)

These head phones are all around sturdy and reliable. I bought one when it was $65 and I still think that they are well worth it.

Cons: A few things I think Rosewill could have improved on was the Bass depth when vibration isn't turned on. They are a bit lacking on that side when it come to wanting to blast some bass worthy music.

one other thing that I've noticed; if you aren't careful when unpluging the Mic, you have a chance of pulling some cables loose, or worse yet, yanking the mic it'self right out of the assembly. I had to sader some wires and wrap some electrical tape around it to fix it. but it still sounds clear.
