4 out of 5 eggsGreat sound quality.

Pros: It easily fits with no problem, sounds great, everything is adjustable on a small and sleek built in controller, vibration is nice.

Cons: After a little use, it starts to hurt. The cushion could be a thicker and make more room for people with bigger ears. Also, if you use voice chat, you'll have to keep vibration off because it tends to give a lot of feedback on their end.

Other Thoughts: Good quality for the price. I would and have recommended this to others.

1 out of 5 eggsComfortable and would be great...if it worked.

Pros: I found this headset to be very comfortable to wear.

Cons: Wiring is poor- there is something wrong with the connections between the volume etc adjustment box and also the wire running from the ear. Anytime I use it, it is prone to cutting out or worse, giving anyone I am playing with a huge headache because of static and other noise. I don't even use the vibration feature of it and I have these problems. Started within a couple weeks after I began using it (around xmas) and has gotten steadily worse. The in-line controls also seem to get randomly hit, and I have to unplug then plug in the headset again to reset everything.

Other Thoughts: If the issues surrounding the functionality were resolved, I would give this a solid 5 stars. As it stands right now, I would say save your money and buy something that has a better rep. When I bought them, I was hoping that the poor reviews were just occasional flukes, but they're not.

5 out of 5 eggsStill using them

Pros: They are still working after all these years

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I bought these years ago, but Newegg has lost my order history for them so I don't know how long it's been. I also had Tritton 5.1 surround with 8 driver vibrating, but those have also been deleted from my history. The Tritton has a decoder amp box and optical connection to the sound card. They stopped working after I dropped them too many times, so I bought the Rosewill. I don't know why they stopped making them since they are great. Recently though I have stepped on the cord a few too many times and pulled the wires out a little, and need a replacement pair. I emailed them and they want photos and my invoice which I do not have since Newegg deleted it. I found some used ones online that had been sent back in the box. There were also new ones but the price was ridiculous. The one place that had new ones at the original price got damaged before shipping and had to cancel the order.

I think I did a review for the Trittons. It was difficult to get them working with Dolby. Had a lot of buttons and options for surround, whereas these just plug into the USB and uses its own sound card. No difference noticed between USB and optical cords. I don't buy the ullbisht that others say 8 drivers are worse than 2 huge ones. I can easily detect which drivers are working for surround, and using virtual surround with 2 drivers is stupid. There is 1 set of headphones on the market with 10 drivers, but ishtty bass. The vibrating feature in these is fun and better.

3 out of 5 eggsVibrating headphones

Pros: Great Sound
Great Mic
Comfortable

Cons: Mic cover fell off practically right away.
Stopped working after 5 months.

Other Thoughts: These are one of those things you didn't know you needed until you had it. The only thing I would change (but im not sure if it is possible) would be to have a headphone jack as well. I know it needs the USB to power the vibrations.
UPDATE: The headphones stopped working after 5 months. Ive tried to get a hold of Rosewill customer support but they wont respond to my emails. Had to drop to 3 stars because of this.

2 out of 5 eggsAnnoying Rattling Sound in Right Headphone

Pros: -Very good audio quality
-Vibration is strong and works well
-Driver software has a decent amount of settings

Cons: -A few days after the return period expired, the right headphone began to make a rattling/vibrating noise whenever it played anything. It's very annoying and has made the headphones virtually useless now. This wouldn't be a huge issue, but due to strict return policies I'm unable to return it and am now out $50 for a piece of junk.

Other Thoughts: -I wouldn't recommend buying this.

5 out of 5 eggsThese Sound Amazing!!

Pros: - Easy to use/ convenient controller
- Get's super loud (i have my volume at 20% most of the time)

Cons: - The controller definitely weighs down the cord..enough to where your left ear will feel as if it's being pulled down by the headset
- Cost (but you get what you pay for)

3 out of 5 eggsLiked them till they broke

Pros: Comfortable. Good quality sound. Cord is plenty long. Liked the volume adjustment on the cord which allows volume adjustment, mute, vibrate feature on/off.

Cons: The volume adjustment on the cord doesn't have a clip, so it falls off my lap all the time and jerks the headset. Annoying. Mike and right speaker no longer work. Bought them 7/2014 so no longer returnable. Should last longer than 18 months. I still have Koss Pro 4AA headphones from college that still work great.

4 out of 5 eggsAffordable, good headset

Pros: Affordable. Headset produces good stereo sound and the microphone leaves me clear and very easily understood over voice comms. It's also very comfortable to wear for extended periods.

Ear pads support a wide variety of positions so they can be worn around the neck or laid flat on a table. Build quality is pretty durable and they have latest longer than my previous headset.

Cons: The surround sound effect of the headset is weak. Contrast this with another 5.1 headset I used to own, I can't really tell any difference between "forward" and backward" with this headset. This is my biggest disappointment with the headset.

I tried the vibration feature. I never knew I wanted this but it doesn't work at all. When on I hear a constant buzzing noise but I don't feel anything but maybe the tiniest of vibration and it doesn't vary with volume. Not a feature I cared for so this doesn't bother me.

The in-line controller is a bit too far from the headset and it is impractical to grab and mute the mic rapidly or to look at to see if the mic is muted or not. I instead rely on push to talk or other software methods to mute the mic.
