Rosewill RHTS-12006 Canal High Fidelity Passive Noise Isolating Rosewood Ear buds-Retails

Pros: They're cheap, so at the end of the day, I can't complain that much. Maybe the braided cords will be a bit more resistant to losing the connection to the driver.

Cons: These sound absolutely horrible. I had always been very satisfied with the Rosewill in-ear headphone series, as they seemed to put good drivers in them at a low cost. I'm pretty harsh on headphones, so I tend to break/lose them, so I don't want to keep buying $100 headphones, and the Rosewills tend to be a good compromise. With that said, these are not the same quality that I have traditionally found in the Rosewill series.

If you want good quality sound, get the RH-12002 version of this - they have a clearly superior driver (even though it appears the specs are listed the same).

As with the previous poster, I trashed the two of these I bought. The sound was so bad (compared to the RH-12002 that I've owned) that I opened the second one I bought thinking the first one must have been defective. I was wrong, as the second one was just as bad.

Long story short (assuming they didn't downgrade the driver in the RH-12002 version - I'm about to buy two of those now) - get the RH-12002 version.

Pros: Dont know much qbout earbuds but these are cool work great while im mtn biking, counds and feel nice. Made out of real wood!!! Braided cable is good, nice legth to fit in my pocket. Better than expected!!!!

Pros: 3 different ear bud foams, braided cord, stays in ears well enough, neat wood finish, moderate noise reduction. Got these for free with a HDD purchase. Provides decent sound running Winamp at 25% and at 50% Sound level audio control. Also has a pouch.

Cons: Sadly the cord is not very long, only a little excess from my laptop on my lap to my ears. No adjustable cord, cord is a bit thin. Not really worth more than 5$ in my eyes.

Other Thoughts: Not made for sharing. Should come with a pack of cotton swabs for your ears. Great for casual listening. Packaging was lite, relatively low impact looking.

*Final thought: The L & R indicators face forward on my set, letting everyone know that I know how to wear my ear-buds properly XD

Pros: Great cord. The length is borderline too long for me but great none-the-less. The sound qaulity is better than expected. Great for working out when a sturdy cord is needed.

Also cats done seems to be as encouraged to chew this cord.

Cons: HOWEVER. The earpieces do not fit my ears. Klipsch earbuds fit my ears great and somewhat form to the shape of them. Also one of the ROSEWILL earbuds clicks very loudly when i try to readjust it.

Other Thoughts: bought during black friday. at $15 i'd buy again i guess. just wont be buying without extreme discount.

Cons: I am just an average user but the sound coming out of these headphones is lacking big time. It's very shallow. I ended up dumping the buds in the trash.

Pros: They sound and look great. For $8.99 with free shipping you can't go wrong.

Cons: Hope they last longer than the similar pair that just hit the bed. Maybe the braided wires will last longer than the plain ones.

Other Thoughts: I don't abuse these things but they don't last long.

Pros: Great undistorted base. Really great range and comfortable

Cons: There is a little noise coupled into the cord when moved or scraped, but just have to be a little careful with it when listening.

Other Thoughts: I have had Sony Xbass headphones and Seinhauser models, these ear-buds have every bit as good of range. I guess I have to qualify a little - I listen to classics and easy listening so I am not out to vibrate the windows with bass. Just want a good smooth realistic range.

Pros: Sound is what I'd expect from something this cheap, and wasn't painful.

Cons: Though advertized as "sound isolating" they do not isolate any more than my Sennheiser 650s.

Fabric on the braided came apart in a few weeks, though the wire itself is intact for now. I don't expect them to last.

Other Thoughts: I bought these on shell shocker sale ($9.99) and figured I'd give 'em a try. I only wanted something super portable, durable, and not painful-sounding, but these fell apart too soon. I didn't attempt to keep these in prestine condition, but I figured a braided cable should survive being stuffed in a pocket without much harm. I was wrong.

Pros: They sound great, music and audio in general sound much better with these buds.

Cons: More of a quality control issue with Rosewill, one of the grills was not properly fitted - was out of socket, noticed it when I saw the buds, one of them look slanted at an angle. Sure enough it popped right out when I was changing the fittings. Took me a while to get it back in place, didnt need any glue, just got it snug.

Other Thoughts: Other than the grill being out of socket on my right earpiece. They sound great.
Also the wire is braided, meaning better durability in the long run, but may annoy some with how rigid they are at first.

Pros: Cheap I purchased these for $10 bucks as a newegg shell shocker.

Cons: Bad sound. Bass is horrible.

Other Thoughts: Save, and buy a pair of skullcandies.
