Rosewill RM-7700 2.4GHz Wireless Optical Mouse w/ Nano Receiver

Pros: None that I can find.

Cons: No instructions on how to open the mouse to insert batteries. Instructions say put the batteries in, but nowhere do they state or show how to open the mouse.

Could not initially find the USB nano receiver until I figured out how to take the cover off the mouse. It was stuffed in the battery compartment.

The mouse 'buttons' are just pressing down and flexing the cover. Hard to press and no tactial feedback.

The poor design of the mouse buttons is so bad, I threw the mouse away after just a few minutes of trying to use it. Wasn't worth the effort to try to get a refund as the product is probably working as well as it was designed and probably not 'defective'.

Other Thoughts: System doesn't allow a zero egg review, so I had to give it 1 egg which is way too high of a rating.

Pros: darn nice little mouse for the price... (i can't stand the touch pad on my little laptop... hands to big... touch pad toooooo sensitive) mouse works great... whew...!!!

Cons: i freaked out when i got these... (ordered two)... couldn't find the dongle... (it's inside)... couldn't figure out how to open the darn thang... duhhh... had to call for instructions... it's all very simple... slip the top back... from the wheel end to the rear... only moves a little bit but the top comes completely off and the dongle was inside... really cool... just want to help the next guy that comes along...

Other Thoughts: the product is fine... but the instruction... yukkkkkkkk...

Pros: Compact, nice storage capability for the receiver.

Cons: buttons are stiff and no instructions on how to open it to insert the batteries and you feel afraid to pri around thinking that you my brake it. (To open it, slide the upper part opposite the wheel and walla!)

Other Thoughts: for nine bucks! Is was I was looking to spend on a backup mouse.

Pros: Shuts off automatically, Looks good, cheap $10.00

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Might buy another i really like this mouse.

Pros: small, convenient size.

Cons: Powers off way too fast
Difficult getting to battery compartment
Wheel sticks

Other Thoughts: The mouse auto-powers down after a minute or two of inactivity. You then have to click a mouse button to wake it up again. If it woke up from movement this wouldn't be an issue.

The instructions don't explain how to open the battery compartment, or where it is. After puzzling over it for too long, I had to Google it.

Mouse wheel feels like it binds up sometimes and is difficult to turn.

This unit will be getting replaced with a Logitech or some such in the near future.

Pros: Stylish sleek highly portable auto turn off when unused for awhile has a storage port on the inside for dongle

Cons: uses triple A batteries could easily been outfitted to be charged instead

Other Thoughts: I have no problems with this device it works for its purpose.

Pros: Very nice look and design all while doing what a mouse needs to do. It is slim and comes with a carry case which makes it great for travel.

Cons: It is small for travel, but the smaller size can be a little less supportive on your wrist than would be ideal for operation. If you have wrist issues, this is not a product you would want to consider.

Pros: None

Cons: The nano receiver (dongle as they call it) was defective upon receipt. Tried it with 2 different computers and a laptop with no luck. The price of shipping for a return is close to the price of this mouse so I didn't bother returning it.

Pros: $15. The scroll wheel action is nice and quiet.

Cons: The mouse shuts off after a few minutes of no use to save battery energy. Moving it doesn't wake it up, only clicking does. However, the click doesn't just wake up the mouse, it's a real click, which can be very inconvenient depending on where your pointer happens to be on the screen.

The right and left click switches are ridiculously loud. This could annoy your neighbors pretty quickly, even if you can stand it, yourself.
