5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: works pretty well, the range is pretty decent i can operate it from my couch to my htpc just fine.

Cons: none really read other thoughts though.

Other Thoughts: seems to cause interference with my other brand unified usb dongle if they are too close together, no biggie just put one on a short extension problem solved.

4 out of 5 eggsNo help at Rosewill!!!

Pros: Inexpensive, and it works. Once one manages to find out how to open the battery compartment, it's neat that the nano receiver can be stored in there so there is no chance of it falling out of the bag and getting lost.

Cons: The installation guide is no help at all. The "owner's manual" on the Rosewill website would not download, period. There is no phone number for support. I had to come to the newegg website to learn how to open the battery compartment and to discover that the nano receiver is stored in there. It is too light. That makes it a little hard to control, but what can you expect for $15?

Other Thoughts: To open the battery compartment, hold it in the normal operating position while holding it with your other hand, then get your fingernails under the two front edges and pull back and up. The TOP cover will pop off.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: like the length of the finger tabs...and how little pressure is required to "get the Click, It's not an exotic 10 button deal..but I didn't want that, this is a good uncomplicated VERY STURDY rig" and I DID want that! .

Cons: only con is a bit iffy in that one of the rubber boots was gone one day,...but I'm not sure if it was a case of not enuf glue,or my pup...I could find no chew marks,...felt like if i gave it 5 eggs i would be reversely blaming my pup(Lois) so i took the egg and blamed the mouse!

Other Thoughts: Some folks aren't happy with the slide on construction .but I think that it's built that way as a safety measure (like the come apart gliders) I use the rounded arm of my overstuffed old chair as my "work" area and truly this thing has fallen, rolled off at least 75 times..WORKS FINE!

4 out of 5 eggsDifferent But Works OK

Pros: Positive click action.

Mouse is almost flat on top. For those who find the high curved top of a typical mouse is uncomfortable or makes your hand cramp, you will like this Rosewill mouse.

Cons: Although the click action is positive, it also sends a slight shockwave through your fingers. If it bothers you, suggest placing your fingers as near to the front edge of the mouse as possible to minimize the slight vibration made when clicking.

After about 2 weeks of use the scroll wheel began making a slight scraping noise when scrolling.

Other Thoughts: Removed one egg from rating for scroll wheel scraping noise. It's not loud, but every other mouse i've ever used had a quiet smooth scrolling action.

1 out of 5 eggscheap mouse

Pros: cheap, looks nice.

Cons: the click button is poorly designed, it feels really different from all the mouse I used. Very annoying, ended up throwing it away after 1 day of use.

Other Thoughts: Should not even waste the $5 I paid for it.

1 out of 5 eggsVery cheap, poor design, do not buy

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Everything, this is the worst mouse I have ever used. The scroll wheel stopped working after just a few months. On two different laptops with different operating systems, the scroll wheel will either not scroll, or scroll randomly and usually in the opposite direction. Since then, the left click button has failed.

The design of this mouse uses a single piece of very flimsy, cheap, plastic to operate the left and right click buttons. Additionally, the top piece which comprises the buttons is removable and slides off in order to access the batteries. I believe this piece has somehow warped on my mouse causing the buttons to no longer work. Basically, the moving piece that you click to operate the buttons and that you must slide off and on to access the batteries is a really cheap, flimsy piece of junk which has failed on my mouse and will likely do the same for you.

Other Thoughts: I won't waste your money.

5 out of 5 eggsGood accurate mouse

Pros: Full disclosure: I got this mouse when it was only 8 bucks. Great value, and great price.

This mouse is pretty accurate, and it DOES NOT have erratic movements like others have experienced so far. I like that it has different DPI's for me to choose, so the accuracy and sensitivity can be changed. The mouse is small and comfortable in the hands. It's easy to carry around, and looks nice. One of the great features I love about this too is that the mouse turns off by itself when you're not using it for like 5 minutes or so. It's easy to turn by on by clicking on the mouse, and this saves so much batteries. I've been using a month so far, and it is still of it's original batteries.

Cons: The only thing I don't like about the mouse is that sometimes the mouse wheel squeaks when you scroll with it. Another thing I don't like is that it's pretty hard to open the battery cover, and that you the only place to put the nano-receiver on the mouse is under the battery cover. It doesn't bother me that well though because i usually leave the nano-receiver plugged into the laptop anyways.

2 out of 5 eggsHard to open

Pros: Are gifts so I have not used them.

Cons: Are gifts so I have not used them see comments.

Other Thoughts: Bought 2 for Christmas gifts. Opened the boxes to make sure everything was included. The cases are almost impossible to open to store the usb receiver. My Logitech mouses are head and shoulders above this model. It is the first and last one of this brand I will purchase. Since they are gifts, I can't speak to performance etc. Just the difficulty of opening the case turned me off big time.

1 out of 5 eggsJunk

Pros: None

Cons: Didn't Work. Erratic cursor movement. Tried it on two different computers with identical results. It'll cost more to return it than I paid for it, so I'm stuck.
