Is this a full size mouse ?

I bought this for my brother.  He doesn't like it. When it arrived it's kinda small. I have a Logitech G5 and its a full size gaming mouse. This Rosewill mouse is like half the size of it.

Does it have horizontal scrolling?

Not strictly speaking, if you hold down the middle mouse button you can scroll in all directions. Nothing that will only do horizontal scrolling that I'm aware of

Are the buttons programmable?

Out of the box, no. But after some searching and testing, I found a program called X-Mouse Button Control that will allow you to reprogram them easily. It does need to continue to run in the background but it's impact is minimal.

I should mention that the buttons ARE programmable for various gaming functions, without any added programs, if this is what you wanted to know for. Any game that allows you to edit controls will accept the buttons as valid inputs. (Mouse 4 and Mouse 5 are their names)

I didn't test it with other programs, such as 3D modeling or photo editing but I don't see why you couldn't program them through those programs built in hotkey editors.
