Pros: -works even though dpi selector no longer functions
-comfortable
-does the job
-cheap

Cons: -dpi selector broke after repeatedly switching between everyday tasks, work and gaming which i do all on one pc.
-bought this only for the easy selector switch, which gave out a few months after purchase.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend spending a little more cheese and buying one of the better mice from an actual gaming accessory company.

Pros: Picked this mouse up about one year ago on special at $9.99. I have been using it for gaming and web browsing, as well as light photo editing. It has performed well for the price for about a year.

Cons: After a year of regular use the mouse is starting to jump about the screen more often. The DPI button is hard to press on the fly in the middle of gaming. No left / right

Pros: Worked fine while it worked, for a good price

Cons: Forget about the pricing : it won't last a year (8 month in my case). The middle button stopped working without no apparent reason (never felt down, out of standard daily usage). This was designed so that you can throw it in the garbage and pollute the planet, while being obliged to buy another. But not this one, I'll try another brand.

Other Thoughts: I Left a message on january 29th 2015 praising this mouse and giving it 5 stars. Unfortunately I have to write back to say what this mouse really is : too cheap to endure normal usage (breaking before a year under standard usage is NOT normal, not at all). I wrote that it was designed that way since the middle mouse issue happened to ALL reviewers. Oh, and forget about Roswill's replies here : it's simply ridiculous to spend more money then it costs just to get it replaced.

2 out of 5 eggsThe Mouse that Squeaked then Died Right After the Warranty Expired

Pros: Relatively inexpensive, fit well in my hand, nice sensitivity features, good button layout, fairly accurate

Cons: Wheel not well made or properly set in the mouse, stopped working with any accuracy less than two months after the warranty expired, lost overall accuracy at the same time

Other Thoughts: I've bought several Rosewill products over the years and have always been happy with them. Except for this mouse, I still have all of them and they work great. Sadly, this mouse was a problem from almost day one.

After about two weeks of use, the wheel began to squeak and sometimes give the slightest bit of resistance. As I was not using this mouse for gaming, I lived with it as it was not affecting performance.

After several months, it finally stopped squeaking so I figured I had finally used it enough to wear down whatever it was inside that was poorly machined and causing the resistance. Unfortunately, a few days ago, the wheel mechanism seems to have worn down even more causing all kinds of weird things to happen when trying to scroll.

Today, I finally got frustrated enough to look in my NewEgg history to see when I bought this mouse. I discovered that it didn't even make it two months past the expiration of the warranty. Having owned other "cheap" mice in the past, especially the old Dynex 4-button that cost the same but would last anywhere from three to five years...well, unless this Rosewill is such a great fit for you that you don't mind throwing one away ever year, I simply cannot recommend this mouse. I gave two eggs only because it is pretty comfortable to use.

Pros: Simple, great price. Easy to adjust and visualize dpi level

Cons: Broke in about 6 months of heavy gaming. Left button no longer clicks

Other Thoughts: Was great intro to what a difference a gaming mouse can be, this time around I went up to the $60 range hoping for more durability

Pros: Adjustable DPI settings are great.
Side Mouse buttons are handy and reliable.

Cons: Main mouse buttons, (LMB/RMB), aren't as durable as one would think. After about 6 months of use, my left mouse button doesn't work reliably anymore. Unable to click and drag or single click sometimes.

It's unexpectedly lightweight as well.

Other Thoughts: I loved this mouse when I first purchased it, but recently the left mouse button began behaving erratically, sometimes misclicking and sometimes not clicking at all despite me pressing it multiple times.

It's clearly not a gaming mouse, and if you're looking for one I would keep browsing.

Pros: NONE........... but less than a "1" if it were possible here!

Cons: This "mouse" in not worth it. It will not completetly load a webpage. I've wasted hours trying to get it to function. IT WON'T!

I'd do an RMA, but I darn sure don't want to deal with another one again. And it would be a complete waste of money to send it back to Newegg, I think. BUT......... that's up to Newegg to determine. A credit for obtaining an entirely different mouse would do.

1 out of 5 eggsScroll wheel broke after a month of use

Pros: Nothing really noteworthy. It felt nice to hold I guess.

Cons: As soon as I got the mouse the scroll wheel was a little difficult to turn. I would often accidentally click the wheel while trying to scroll.

Eventually the scroll wheel suddenly just stopped working properly after only a month of use. Took it apart and saw that the wheel simple just snapped off from the scrolling mechanism. The part connecting the wheel to the scrolling mechanism seemed to be made of a very cheap material.
