2 out of 5 eggsBetter to Avoid

Pros: Looks great. Matches a white computer.

Cons: Will randomly stop working.

Other Thoughts: Every so often, the mouse will stop working completely and I have to lift it up and knock it (gently), against the mousepad to get it rolling again.

For the price, there are infinitely better options out there.

1 out of 5 eggsMad Catz M.M.0.7.

Pros: only good thing about this mice is all the buttons u can set the way you want too

Cons: after 5 months the mice where the cable goes in to the mice will disconnect u very poor set up for a good mice. i will not buy another one. I will go back to logitech mice.

Other Thoughts: I DO NOT reconmend this mice to any one. it comes with a 1 year warrenty but why bother for i need a mice now and i got to go and guy a new one any how to use my PC and if i sent this one back to the factory and they send me a new one in place of this one it want last either. this happened to the last one ..same mice but i did get about 14 month out of it...this one only a little over 5 months..
invest your money in another mice and not this one

3 out of 5 eggsLoss of Features

Pros: For over a year now I've been using a RAT 7 Contagion mouse, from before Mad Catz bought Cyborg. Spilled something on it, the laser died; time to upgrade, right?

So I picked up the MMO 7, and after some preliminary usage the pros are mostly the same as the pros for a RAT 7: customizable, plenty of programmable buttons, all that. This also has led backlighting, which is neat. The Action Lock buttons will hopefully prove useful in Guild Wars for camera control.

Cons: But, as I found out as soon as I started looking at the mouse in closer detail, the switch to Mad Catz has had an effect on things. Someone has let an accountant loose on this thing: the thumb rest has lost an axis of adjustment (not an issue for me, as I didn't like the wider-narrower adjustment option, it never locked up properly to let me push in my buttons on the old mouse), the DPI switch only goes one direction (up) as opposed to the old dpi which was an up-down rocker, and which I liked much better, and--just going by the reviews on this website and others--quality seems to have taken a downturn. Loads more people are having problems with the products now that Mad Catz is in charge, and while I haven't come across any yet, that may just be a function of how little time I've put in on this mouse so far (I am writing this review from a computer other than my own, so I haven't even found out yet whether all the buttons work). Plus, the scroll wheel has pretty high drag on it. Not a big deal to me, but from what I've read that's not supposed to be the case.

Other Thoughts: If I were given the option to buy an old RAT 7 Contagion from the days before Mad Catz took charge as opposed to this, I would. At some point in the design process of this mouse, it was given to someone who cared more about saving money than making a gaming mouse, and it shows. The best example of this is the DPI switch: it would cost a tiny amount more to put in a rocker switch, which is what the old design already had, but instead they saved a few pennies and took it out. Save the cost-cutting for your cheaper mice.

1 out of 5 eggsTotal Garbage

Pros: Looks Cool
Great Adjustment

Cons: Does not work with any noise in your room, if you have tv on game sounds or any type noise the mouse cursor just moves all over the place. i have tried every tip i can find but this mouse is not useable.

Other Thoughts: For the price i paid for this I should have sent it back within the 30 days, but I really wanted this to work out.

4 out of 5 eggsNew egg rocks

Pros: The mouse is super adjustable with lots of macro possibilities. I enjoy this mouse you have heard most the pros and can read the description.

Cons: 1 egg off for button placement and software. The wow addon software is useless as of now!Wired sucks new this going in,the wire is nice and braided also making it slightly stiff.Plastic on buttons has straight edges making it slightly brittle. The 5d button which i love i wish was a millimeter or two higher i have thick thumb knuckles. There isnt aftermarket addons to customize the mouse shape or image yet.

Other Thoughts: There is no profile switcher/app switcher for the software macros, but a guy made one google it works great.I had problems with mine but newegg as always is a great company to deal with and helped me out. Shopped here for over 4 companys and myself newegg as always been great to work with.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice Mouse

Pros: This thing looks really cool, it has such a eye catching look to it, and it really is useful for it's gaming functionality and button mapping. Really do like the customization this thing has, and even the little LEDs you can change in color to what you want!

Cons: Price and...

The mouse's brother, the black version of the mmo7 mouse, has a different feel to it that I like better on the hand (my opinion ofcourse, but there really is a difference), and the black version also includes a case to carry the extra parts, while this white one does not for relatively the same price.

But as for cons straight onto this mouse itself, I can't think of any.

Other Thoughts: All when the thing is built the way you want and all, it's great. You will be happy for sure. :)

4 out of 5 eggsOutstanding Mouse

Pros: Insane amount of custimization
Even more options
Very adjustable.

Cons: None that are serious.

Other Thoughts: I have the previous white version (The contagion) and I have to say this is an outstanding mouse. Minor issue with the right mouse button, but as much as I have beat on it, no real surprise. Its worth every penny you spend, and then some.

5 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Fantastic mouse for its accuracy, speed, button layout and the extreme customization . Simply great. They even made it so you can customize the lock buttons to your wishes. I use this in 3ds max, and with 90 programmable keys on my mouse I almost never touch the keyboard now. Nice so nice. Only for labeling... seriously

Cons: gray and silver not my favorite, but I like it better than the orange. I wish it were all white with black accents or vice versa.
