wire around back sometimes hangs out of "behind-the-head" band
Device tones/beeps (on/off, signal lost, connected) are almost intolerably loud when worn.. especially the surprise disconnect tone.. hurt my ears

Other Thoughts: If it worked properly for gaming with voice chat, and you could turn down the Device Tones, this would be a gem and I'd give it 5 eggs.

*This does not come with a Bluetooth USB Dongle, which I knew and is fine with me. The USB cable is only for charging of coarse.

Will not stay on more than 5 seconds now, no longer functional (only used 9 times, recharged 3 times)

Other Thoughts: If it hadn't stopped working after 5 weeks and few uses, was more reliable on PC, and the device tones could be turned down, I'd seriously recommend this product.. to me, those shouldn't be hard things to fix.
At this time.. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
Its a real shame cause the pros are what i was looking for in this product.

Pros: Not many.

Cons: Does not work well with computers. Instructions poorly written. This product does not install its own drivers correctly on windows 7. Drivers are not easily found online to manually install them. This device does not work well with USB bluetooth dongles.

Pros: Comfortable, good sound quality when works.

Cons: Typically have to turn on, turn off, and turn back on for it to pair with my iPhone 4.

Drops pair randomly even with a full charge during calls.

Folks have said that sometimes my voice sounds garbled.

I can be sitting close to my phone on a call, but if I turn the left side of my head away from the phone it sometimes makes a caller's voice garbled.

Pros: sound is great no static at all and battery life well keeps going most of day great deal

Cons: no transmitter, if using mic it only transmits in mono

Other Thoughts: i play music off my phone it truns music on and changes songs with out needing to touch phone.

Pros: Feels nice on my head!

Cons: Bluetooth dongle not included. Meaning if you don't have one already. You need one to use this on your home PC. I ordered one today will update later.

Other Thoughts: They give a warning on the package maybe Newegg could add that to the description.
