1 out of 5 eggsThey did their job for the price but didn't pass up the the stresses of everyday life.

Pros: Cheap and does the job for however long they are gonna hold out. Microphone never gave me issues and seemed very clear to me (hearing voice repeated) and to others.

I stored these without any cords dangling, no chairs ran over any cords. Last few "cheap" headsets I've tried going the 3.5mm route because cheap USB seems to fail before anything technically goes wrong (speaker(s) or mic fails) and I like being able to unplug the microphone and being able to use in on non-computer devices.

Cons: Right speaker gave out randomly after less than 3 weeks use. Mic and left ear still work but I can't use them anymore.

Other Thoughts: Comfortable but almost too much so (very loose/lightweight).

I hope one day I find a pair that works for more than such a short time because I just can't afford the $100-300 investment just for better quality and a "hot" brand name.

1 out of 5 eggsDisappointed

Pros: Very lightweight
Not tight at all even after long periods
Good sounding microphone (while it lasts)
Decently clear sounding headphones (while they last)

Cons: Headphones are already starting to crackle
Friends complaining of microphone crackling already as well

Have only owned them for 2 weeks

Other Thoughts: The headphone crackling seems to be coming from the in-line volume control. When I'm not using them, they hang safely next to my desk and the cord is too short to have been run over by my chair (which had been a problem with previous headsets) so there is no reason for it to be acting up this early. The cords don't get bent or twisted in any way but when I purposefully move the area around the volume control, even mildly, I hear the crackling in the headset.

The microphone crackling seems to be intermittent as I can find no direct action that is causing it. I only ever move the microphone up and down a couple inches which is well within it's range of motion.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: Very comfortable, in fact they're so comfortable I forget that I'm even wearing them. They have a pretty good vertical size setting but not a lot of horizontal, I have a pretty small head but guys with really wide heads might want to avoid these.

The audio quality is good for the price. It's not great, but it's better than I expected for such a cheap headset. The Mic is around the same quality, works great for gaming and for chatting online via skype or VOIP.

Cons: The right side speaker stopped working after about 8 months. I think this is because I forgot that I was wearing them (because they're comfortable!) and stood up and tried to walk away from my computer while I was wearing them. This seems to have broken the wire that goes to that speaker.

They are cheap enough and good enough that despite this, I'm ordering a replacement. I will just have to be more careful next time.

Other Thoughts: The volume-control thing in the center seems to have a kind of flimsy connection to the wires, I'm pretty sure that's where the wire broke.

If you're an audiophile these aren't for you, but if you're just a regular user who wants to game or listen to music privately, this a good headset for a good price.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: None really.

Cons: Probably the crappiest headset to buy. Low mic quality, and the headset sits on your head as if you're a block.

Other Thoughts: Not worth the buy, just invest into a more quality headset if you're looking for any sort of quality other than bad.

5 out of 5 eggsIt gets the job done

Pros: I got 2 of these for whenever a emergency arises when I need a quick backup headset.
Quality per dollar is right on par.

Cons: They wouldn't be great as a main headset. Only use it as a temporary headset or for lending out during LAN parties.

1 out of 5 eggsPiece of Junk

Pros: Microphone audio quality is decent.

Cons: Music/Game audio quality sucks. It broke about a week after the return period ended. I contacted Inland about 10 times through their contact form (That's the only way you can contact them. No phone numbers, or email available) to try and get a replacement as it is well under warranty, they have ignored all requests.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat Microphone, Good Sound, Terrible Comfort/Design

Pros: Microphone sounds fantastic (better than some $50 microphones I've tried). The speakers sound pretty good too for their price.

Cons: Made from really cheap plastic. The headband does not curve enough to fit around my head so when trying to gently bend the ear cups so that they would actually sit on my head, the thing split into two pieces with no warning. The padding on the ear cups is thin and stiff anyway.

Other Thoughts: For $10, I ended up just ripping the microphone off the headset (pretty easy to do if you unscrew the pieces and clip off the headphone cords) and attached it to a legitimate pair of headphones.

4 out of 5 eggsDoes The Job

Pros: Clear sound, low price.

Cons: Some friends complain about a slight hissing sound,. but that could easily be on their end, interference from the environment, etc.

Most of the time, Skype sounds like crystal, no complaints.

I don't use the headphones much, as I already have a set of Senheisers, but the small amount I did use them, they were surprisingly powerful.

Other Thoughts: $10. You need a headset? get this one!

4 out of 5 eggsGood for price

Pros: Great for $10. Can't beat it for the price range. Don't expect gaming headphones though....

Cons: Not gaming or high quality. But you shouldn't expect it for $10.
