2 out of 5 eggsDisappointing

Pros: Newegg rocks.

Cons: Mediocre sound quality.
Looks and feels even cheaper then they are.
The sealed off in ear design bothers me when using the mic.
Annoying extra microphone cable.

Other Thoughts: I tried to like these but I just can't. The sound quality is rather tinny and I realize now that having headsets that completely block your ear canal are no good when you have to talk, I end up hearing my own voice twice as loud as whatever I'm listening to. They also look and feel even cheaper then they are.

I found a different headset with normal earbuds and an inline mic.

5 out of 5 eggsJust right

Pros: Comfortable, sensitive microphone so you dont need to worry about where you clip it too much, great for Skype & Voice chat, easy on the ears to lay on, inexpensive.
Extension cord comes in very handy and can be used with other headsets as well. It comes in 3 separate pieces, the earphones, the microphone, and the extension cord. All 3 are independent of one another. Though there are smaller clips along the micrphones cord to allow your to clip it to the headphones cord for better cord management.

Cons: The bass is a little weak, but perfectly acceptable for what these cost and their size.
Since the microphone is a separate deal, it can get annoying to have to take off earphones AND microphone so you can get up and move around.
Since they are noise canceling earpieces you hear a bit of your own voice echo in your head but not real bad.

The mute button on the microphone broadcasts a loud pop when you turn it on and off to whoever is listening, like in ventrilo or skype.

Other Thoughts: For the price this is an excellent setup

4 out of 5 eggsNice

Pros: Well it has several different earbuds, all of which don't fall out of my ears like my old generic iPod in ears. They are very comfy and with the earbuds that came already on there were pretty good with the noise cancelling.

Cons: One length to the earbud was half the length of the other, but there are no sound problems.

Other Thoughts: I play Counter-Strike, and they are a ton better than the other circumaural, and bulky headsets I had used previously.

3 out of 5 eggsBlah Alright

Pros: Ahh very nice sound quality! i like the in ear style.

Cons: Mic is a little big, Annoying holding up 50 pound of cable if you get my drift i have having the cables all messy like this. Just my 2 cents

Other Thoughts: maybe if you put the microphone into the line like the iphone headphones that would be nice ;)
