2 out of 5 eggsfragile

Pros: Good bass, keeps the sound out

Cons: So fragile, it's very easy to break the cups from the strapping, only held on by 2 little pieces of plastic on each side of the cup (4 per cup). The mic is also very fragile and the wire on the inside can break away from the small circuit board if adjusted too much.

Other Thoughts: Buy something different, save yourself the money.

3 out of 5 eggsFlawed. Better sets for the price

Pros: -Great bass and reverb
-Good outside noise elimination

Cons: -Annoying hiss when the headphones are powered on. Gets worse as SRS is increased.

-Hard to wear for extended periods of time. They aren't uncomfortable, but your ears need some air every once and a while, and these headphones cover the entire ears.

-You cannot adjust the fit. There is only the presence of a pressure band that fits the headphones to your head. Might be a tight fit for some.

-Requires a AAA battery to work.

-3D feature doesn't really improve positional sound at all.

Other Thoughts: Some will like the SRS, others won't. All it seems to do is increase the reverb, echo, and bass (This is controlled by the SURROUND dial on the control unit).

Overall, these are a flawed set of headphones that, perhaps without the horrid hiss on both channels would be a much better choice. But as it stands, they only provid a rather average sound quality to general music and game listening.
