5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: I was looking for a well received pair of earphones that were at a cheap price. I was fortunate enough to find this on here.

The sound quality is great and it's also extremely comfortable due to the memory foam earplugs. Highly recommended!

1 out of 5 eggsAbsolute garbage!

Pros: They technically produce sound.

So technically speaking, they work.

Cons: The sound these earbuds produce is so bad there is no reason to pay money, any money at all, for these worthless pieces of commodity garbage. I am not kidding when I say the *free* earbuds that came with my cellphone sound better. I just opened my new JVCs about 30 minutes ago... As write this review, it is with my free earbuds back in my ears. These things really are just that bad.

*These are free-earbud bad.*

I bought these because of their fairly decent rating on Newegg... The Newegg community is usually pretty savvy, but the rest of you have totally dropped the ball on this one. These are awful!

Everyone here rating these things at 4 or 5 eggs... I feel so sorry for all of you. You seem to have all lived your lives never experiencing what a decent pair of earbuds or headphones is supposed to sound like! I paid $17 for these JVCs here before noticing the local Walmart had them for $15!

I am not speaking as some obsessive audiophile who buys $300 earbuds either... Seriously people... Keep on shopping until you can find a pair of Sennheiser CX 200's for $20. They are a completely different experience for the same price! J&R has them right now as I write this (I just placed an order with them since my JVCs are worthless).

Did I mention that the "memory-foam" earpads are terribly uncomfortable too? Cause they are.

I used to be able to wear my Sennheiser's for hours without any issues, but these make me want to take them off almost immediately after putting them in my ears... and not just because they are ruining all the music that I used to like, either.

The JVC HA-FX30 Marshmallow earbuds take good music and they *ruin it!* Don't buy these unless you hate music!

Other Thoughts: Complete waste of money. Absolute garbage.

Built for people who hate music.

5 out of 5 eggsGood earphones

Pros: You get what you pay for. These earphones are still both working perfectly and I really couldn't go to school without them. I keep it in my bookbag at all times and still no damage or problems with it.

Cons: Besides the quality not being BOSE, nothing.

Other Thoughts: Its good earphones.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Bang For The Buck

Pros: Clean, articulate sound. Very efficient to run, they can get loud without too much distortion. The buds are comfortable. What more could you ask for eleven dollars and free shipping.

Cons: No cons yet. Don't appear to be too sturdy. Only time will tell.

Other Thoughts: Much better sound than my Skull Candy buds. If they last a year without problems, I'll be happy.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: Inexpensive for the quality. These are basically comfortable earplugs with a built in speaker. The sound quality (esp. bass) and volume is good and when you are wearing them, you cannot hear any outside noise. Very comfortable design.

Cons: Hard to open package

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: They're pretty comfortable. also, the sound isn't bad. they have a little bit of static which distorts the music a tiny bit, but for 10 dollars these are a steal. I would recommend them to anyone who can't afford to shell out the cash for high end buds.

Cons: Like I said before, there's a little bit of static which distorts the music, but it's hardly noticeable. The package is also ridiculous to open, but that could just be me

Other Thoughts: All in all, these are great for 10 bucks. At 15 I would still be decently satisfied. If they were 20 bucks I would probably feel ripped off. If you need earbuds, buy these while they're cheap! They are great for the price

3 out of 5 eggsDecent for the Price

Pros: - Comfortable (if they don't fit in your ears you are an elf - don't believe the other reviewers)
- Decent sound quality (6/10)
- Inexpensive
- Comes with replacement buds

Cons: - Lower fidelity compared to mid and high-range earbuds

Other Thoughts: I have a pair of Skullcandy Titan earbuds that I typically use which cost $40.00 at Best Buy. While the Skullcandy buds are not perfect, they accurately recreate the music and sound great. These JVC earbuds have a noticeable fidelity-deficiency compared to the Skullcandy buds. I'd recommend shelling out $30-40 for a decent set of ear buds, but if your budget is $10, here you go.

3 out of 5 eggsNot a good fit for my ears...

Pros: Sound quality is good if you can get these to fit in your ear.

Cons: Can't get these too fit right. If I push them in as much as they're supposed to go in they hurt my ears. If I only push them in as much as it takes to be comfortable the sound quality is no good (obviously) and they fall out with any movement.

Other Thoughts: Good headphones for the price if they fit you well.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Headphones I've Bought

Pros: I'm used to Inner-Ear Headphones being uncomfortable and hurting my ear. Thankfully these headphones are far from it.

Even if comfort isn't a factor for you, you should take in consideration the sound Quality from these Headphones.

I normally use Public Transportation to get around. If you have ever ridden a Public Bus you should know how noisy they can be sometimes. With these headphones they will block almost all outside noise, giving you a relaxing moment in time as you listen to what you want to hear, without trying to drown out other people by turning up your volume.

Cons: I normally walk across Train Tracks when going to & From work. I Always get the feeling a train is going to come up right on me & I wont know because these headphones are so AMAZING.

Other Thoughts: I use a standard Coby MP3 player in conjunction with these headphones. With the amazing Sound quality these headphones provide I normally play my music at Volume levels 2-8 out of the maximum of 32.

Before I bought these headphones I was using a standard pair of Apple Headphones. There headphones are of such poor quality that I needed to play my music at the range of 23-28.

The difference in quality is Life Changing.
