Best Headset Ever
- Pros: Excellent sound and range. The first year I owned this, I worked in a noisy IT helpdesk. I tested it extensively and never heard my surroundings. Now I'm in a quiet office and can even listen to music without it coming across the line. The volume is great. As someone who rarely can find a phone loud enough for all situations, I've never had to turn this above halfway. I've tested it at over 100ft through 3 internal walls without losing signal.
The headset is lightweight enough to keep in my ear all day. I strongly recommend the HL10 headset lifter. With that, when the phone rings, I just tap the earpiece to connect and disconnect. The earpiece itself has volume adjustments, so being far from the desk isn't a problem.
- Cons: Took a little while to get set up, but all steps are outlined in the manual.
- Other Thoughts: I strongly recommend the HL10 handset lifter. It really makes receiving calls easier.

Great product
- Pros: Excellent reception and range (100 yards or so) through walls, can walk all around the office even outside and works great. comfortable to wear easily works with all types of phones and multi line systems.
- Cons: If you don't have a Headset jack or want to answer and hang up calls while your away from your desk you must purchase the receiver lift system. also this pictular model is not designed for noise environments clearly listed on the box. wind or just walking fast will come over speaker.
- Other Thoughts: solid product and easy to set up no more crink in the neck and hand to ear. free up your hands to work and talk productively
