Cons: *After owning these for a week, the left ear went out randomly.
*The mic boom design is very bad, it's basically a mic on a non-adjustable pole through a hoop.
*There's an annoying 2 inch wire going from the mic to the headset, unneeded and pretty annoying.
*Talk about a long cord! I had to tape the cord just so it would drag all over the ground!

Other Thoughts: Uhhh... Plantronics has horrible tech support.

Pros: Paid less than 10 bucks for this headset and it's very durable, very comfortable. The sound is comparable to the 30 headphones I bought at another store. I occasionally even use it for listening to music at night, they're that good. Seriously if they sold this headset for 30 to 40 bucks at another store, I'd buy them because they look and feel that good.

Cons: Hmmmmmmmm....... it's not cream filled? No, no cons here.

Cons: My ears start aching after about an hour of use. Fiance does not have similar problems (neither do other people reviewing this product, which is why I got them, that and the price). Sound is good for voice communication, doubt it's good for anything else.

Pros: Cheap, Sound is great for the price. Bought 2 of them they were so well priced. Very light.

Cons: Mic is horrible, flat out.I took some reviews here lightly, some people just have trouble setting up a mic correctly. I don't , I mean I know how to set it up, tweak it correctly,codecs, etc. The mic is bad,works correctly, just VERY poor quality. .Feel cheap, then again they are cheap. Recieve both sets working, but was suprised by what I thought was poor packaging by newegg. Very thin bubble wrap bags stuffed into mailer envelope. OEM style.

Other Thoughts: Pass on this set if your gonna need the mic. Had this same set from a a year or 2 ago. Wore them til the padding wore out. Quality on these has drpped by a significant amount. Bad enough I gave up on the mic first day and took a swing at an array mic that came with a motherboard.

Cons: These are Platronics?? Really? Bad workmanship, average sound quality. Relatively comfortable but not great.

Other Thoughts: For the price they are worth it, but Platronics should hold themselves to better standards than this.

Cons: Deep Bass? I don't think so. Sound quality needs work. Creative should hold themselves to much higher standards than these pair of headphones. The sound quality is good, but lackluster. Not on par with what it should be from the Creative team. I expect better.

Pros: Newegg customer service.... Replaced this free of charge.

Cons: Dead on Arrival - had an internal short so only gave feedback out of the mic.
