Pros: I've used this headset for over nine years now. It's getting close to replacement time. I'll be replacing it with the same handset. The other reviewer's comments are accurate so far as the type of connector. My use involves an older Plantronics in line dial out box, so plug compatibility was not an issue.

Beware the connector
Pros: It looked like it would have been nice to use.
Cons: I wanted to use this headset with a cordless phone I just bought, but the connector's incompatible. It has a "quick disconnect" connector that is designed to plug into another cable that plugs into a an RJ11 jack. I found that out when I went to use the headset for the first time. I did notice the funky connector when I read the documentation online before I ordered it, but I thought that it would come with some sort of adapter to plug into the 2.5mm jack. Apparently not. So, anybody like me who's looking for a high-quality headset to use with a cordless phone, beware! This isn't what you want.
Other Thoughts: I'm returning this and I'm going to try the M214C headset instead. I checked, and it has a 2.5mm connector.
