5 out of 5 eggsAmazing!

Pros: I've owned many Logitech and various other headphones over the years, but these are by far the best. The sound quality is incredible, thanks to the digital USB connection. Great for talking over skype, playing games, and listening ot music.

Cons: The mute button doesn't seem to work, but that's not really a big deal seeing as I already have volume control buttons on both my keyboards.

Other Thoughts: It's unfortunate these headphones were discontinued. I was lucky enough to snag a pair during a shellshocker promotion last year, so I got them at a great price! I think Plantronics has a replacement model similar to these, and if they're anywhere near as good, then I would highly recommend picking up a pair.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very comfortable, great range. Particularly good bass and treble, and the mids aren't lacking either.

Cons: The price. However, I got a deal from the Newegg Newsletter that got me them for 20$ and free shipping.

Other Thoughts: Great product.

5 out of 5 eggsI'd buy it again

Pros: Very long cord, clear sound, clear microphone, fits well

Cons: the earpieces get warm after a while, very long cord can wrapped around your chair leg, the lack of documentation made it a little frustrating to get them configured

Other Thoughts: I'm hearing things in WoW and Guild Wars that I never knew were there. These are crystal clear and can get very loud, so be sure to test it before you fire up something that might blow out your eardrums.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Headset

Pros: Best headset I have ever owned. Best headset my friend has ever owned. Simple plug and play with XP, Vista, and 7. great sound quality, and durable.

Cons: Not free.

Other Thoughts: I switched to this because it had good reviews, and I had gone through 3 headsets in 6 months (2 from wearing out, and 1 from the mic dying), and I don't think I will ever go back. I first bought this model 4 years ago, and my original broke after 3.5 years after I stepped on them for the 100th time. My friend had a similar experience, and I bought them for him for his birthday, and now he's been going on 2 years of satisfaction.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Headset

Pros: These are awesome headsets. I've used these for 5 years (They were called dsp something before) for gaming and voip. I do audio recording w.a dedicated snd card. These are great because I dont have to adjust the settings on the sound card at all. I just hop sources over to the headset.

If you have integrated sound and an older PC this will offload the cpu a bit as the sound card in built in

Cons: The snoundcard bulge in the cord could be smaller and gets annoying.

Other Thoughts: If you lose the windsock you can order new ones for like 5 bucks online. I dnt think these are still in production. I just bought three sets on sale today. I suggest you do the same!

5 out of 5 eggsBest headset EVER !

Pros: Ive owned many headsets in the past and this one by far has got to be one of the best bang for the bucks. Crisp sound, loud decibels and clear mic. I love it !

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsPretty Good Pair of Headphones

Pros: Very good quality of headphones. I have used these for over 2 years and they still work perfectly. I used them on both XP SP3 and Win7 without an issue. I can't say if the processor chip is amazing for throughput or if the Hz range is to narrow...I just wanted great sounding headphones/mic combo and I have one that I am happy with.

I have a Plantronics Halo 2 headset for Xbox and it was hands down the best one I have ever used, that is why I went Plantronics for the 2nd round on PC.

Cons: This USB device was reported by win7 power report as not allowing the computer to go into hibernate. Haven't looked into a work around, but atm I just unplug them if I ever need to hibernate.

Other Thoughts: I received them as a gift and they haven't let me down yet.

The microphone foam piece fell off repeatedly till
I just tossed it.

5 out of 5 eggsBest headset I've ever had

Pros: Great sound, great mic, very comfortable to wear, even for extended periods (12+ hrs at a time).

USB means you don't have to have a sound card on your pc or mess with audio drivers 99% of the time.

Volume control and mute button on the cord are very handy.

Cons: After about 3 years the glue holding the pads on the earphones came off, but some superglue fixed them back on without any problems.

The only other issue I can recall having is with switching the device over to work in a VM, the audio was very choppy, but I think that's just the VM software.

Other Thoughts: I bought this headset in October of 2006 because I needed a headset with a mic for online gaming and I had heard Plantronics is a good brand. I liked it so much that I ditched my pc speakers and only use this headset for audio on my pc now. I wear it pretty much every day, and often wear them for hours at a time with no discomfort. When I'm gaming for extended periods, I often wear this headset for 8 or 10 hours without taking it off for more than a few seconds at a time, and as long as I position it right, it never hurts my ears. I have not been able to find another headset that does that.

5 out of 5 eggsworks fine!

Pros: I bought these to clear up some interference between my graphics card and my on-board sound, and the USB-driven hardware does the trick! Clear sound, clear voice (so I'm told over Vent), and greatly-improved comfort over my old Logitech over-the-ear cheapo headset. iTunes sound fine as well, though hardly audiophile quality.

Cons: A little plasticy and stiff, but nothing's broken in over 1-year's worth of use.

Other Thoughts: the cord attaches to the left earphone, in case this matters. I have a largish head, but they still fit fine.
