Pros: Pretty much nothing

Cons: First of all headset does not sit very well on ears. Several people tried it, and all expressed dissatisfaction.
Second, be aware that claimed product description does not show that Quick-disconnect requires special Plantronics connections. Headset does not have regular pin connection that would work for majority of the phones.
