3 out of 5 eggsGood sound for the low price, but microphone did not last 2 months

Pros: Sound is quite fine. The top of the headset and the microphone are durable or robust.

Cons: - [ADDED March 2016] The MICROPHONE has an internal wiring issue (which breaks the mic) though I have been using the headset for only 2.5 months (and I am careful with my stuff). I have bought 10$ headset-microphones that lasted for years.
- The "ear-muffs" are smaller than imagined on the image : they do not cover over the ears, but rather fall unto the ears as such. This can be a bit painful after a while (you need to place the ear pieces a bit forward instead of directly over the ear ridges.
- Someone with a head slightly bigger than the average person should really not buy this.

Other Thoughts: Tip for microphone : place the microphone piece straight, a bit away from your mouth. If you place it near your mouth, the microphone will also be close to your earpieces, which creates reverb (you sound like a tin can). If you place it further away, or simple straight, it will not be too close to the ear pieces (so the reverb effect is less).

- I dropped it once and one ear pieces fell out of its socket, but I placed it back in easily (the plastic socket did not break; which is nice).

2 out of 5 eggsDied in 6 months

Pros: their cheap, and worth the money if would had lasted, the mic has good clear sound. I use speakers most of the time when I game. the ear phones are more than good enough for me while I game , if I am not able to use reg speakers

Cons: Connections inside became loose and just eventually severed themselves making the mic dead

Other Thoughts: I use to buy TheOldShack Lightweight Multimedia Headset 3301187
These were made by this company, $20 every two years, the ear pieces would crack of the over the head support.
On the 202b the ear phones still work, but the mic connections became intermittent. These were more uncomfortable than the older ones I use to buy, the old designed ear speakers were less rigid on the ears as compared to these. I didn't dispute for a replacement because it cost so little, and I didn't want to waste money tp ship these back.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Budget Headphones

Pros: I needed a set of headphones with mics for the kids to use. I needed something inexpensive, yet durable. I bought two sets. These have lasted much longer than any previous set I've had.

Cons: If you're an audiophile, these are not the headsets you're looking for.

4 out of 5 eggsFirst impression - It's a low cost headset

Pros: 1- cheap ... yes cheap! under 20$ total (shipping included) for a headset, my wallet agree :)
2- does the job just fine. You hear people, people hear you, cannot ask for more
3- long wire.
4- mic can go on either side of your head,
5- not too tight on your head, they are comfortable.

Cons: 1- Oh my!!!!! makes you sound like you live in a tuna can... Salmon at best. My old headset (25$) has a much better mic than this one. Doesnt mean that it is awful ... it is just very different. People who are used hearing you through another mic WILL see a difference. (see ... more like hear)

3 out of 5 eggsCheap Garbage

Pros: Lowest priced headset around (purchased for $4.00)
Some what comfortable
Decent cord length

Cons: Mic starting crackling, fizzing, and cutting out after a few weeks of use.

Other Thoughts: My friend owed me some money so he gave me these head phones instead, he had just opened them that day and I had them about two or three weeks, then the mic started crackling, and cutting out. I still use it and it annoys my friends, I'll have to buy some new ones soon. Thanks Bro!
