Pros: I still love the feel of this mouse, and using anything else is just strange. It remains extremely responsive after constant use, and most of the parts work perfectly.
Cons: When I say most, there are a few problems, one of which is well-known. My current one is the one I got after an RMA (the first being so defective it was impossible to use), and it's served me well with no trouble until about two weeks ago. Two weeks ago, I started noticing the infamous double clicking in the right button (Not surprising, since World of Warcraft is quite intense on the right button). I could live with the occasional double click, but it's rapidly escalated since I saw the first indication of the problem.
In addition, last night it started reversing the scroll on a single click of the scroll wheel. I can reproduce this on the exact same click every time, and various software tweaks does not correct this. Example: I scroll the wheel down one click, and it goes up. I scroll the wheel up one click, and it goes down. The one click of the wheel also feels much harder than the rest of them, so I can only assume it's a hardware wear issue.
Other Thoughts: While it was very nice while it lasted, this mouse has reached the end of its lifespan on my desk. I'm not entirely certain if I'll try and RMA it again, but I know this one isn't going to work for me anymore.
Oh, the silver coating on the thumb button (Left side button) wore off... Doesn't exactly do anything to the performance, but it looks annoying.

Mouse of choice for lefties

This user purchased this item from Newegg
Pros: - excellent ergonomics. The rubberized surfaces are exceptional. All clicks and mouse wheel feel almost perfect. The left/right click does not fell as direct as it should due to the large lever distance between the switch and your finger. - high precision and accurate feel - looks great - on the fly dpi switch is actually quite useful. Originally I thought it was a gimmick, bu now I use it all the time.
Cons: - already starting to have double click issues! It seems that the trigger switch was not designed with proper debounce circuitry. As the switch wares double clicks can occur. - the accent LEDs along the button rims are constantly on even when the computer is off. This might be neat for a 14 year old, but I bought a mouse -- not a nightlight. - the driver software is not so great and IMHO not necessary. would be great if DPI switch worked without software.
Other Thoughts: Being left handed, finding a good mouse is difficult. I've been using a Logitech Mx310 for years because of this. The Avatar is far superior in performance and ergonomics. It's slim design takes some time to get used to, but once you do you'll wonder why all mice are not designed this way.

Amazing mouse

Pros: I was very surprised to see the bad reviews from people about this mouse. I'm a huge gamer and have been using this mouse a lot lately. The mouse is very comfortable and glides well on my gaming mouse pad. The mouse looks great on my desktop with the Wave keyboard I have.
Cons: none so far
