Other Thoughts: These are NOT BLUETOOTH...They are 2.4GHZ RF. You do not Pair them to Bluetooth devices...User ignorance is no excuse for low ratings. Did you find this review helpful? Headphones can be used remotely or plugged in directly to an audio hack. Cons: Headphones are supposed to be pre-configured to work with the usb/audio jack dongle and there is no pairing utility/routine. My headset worked if directly plugged in, but did not work remotely so they were not paired. Attempted to contact the manufacturer first in case there was an undocumented pairing routine but they did not respond at all. Ended up RMA'ing it with Newegg for a replacement.
