Decently comfortable. Cons: The other party sounds terrible in your ear. You sound terrible to them. Plus a fair bit of echo (it's a headset, how do you get echo???). Other Thoughts: The Snom 320 phone is great, both handset and speakerphone. Why is this headset so terrible? I don't get it. Returned the same day it arrived. Did you find this review helpful?
