Pros: works like a dream, first gaming mouse purchase and first brand new mouse I have bough in years. Everything works great in Elementary OS (Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS). The back and forward buttons are great, not to large and not to sensitive. It is heavier than expected, reminds me of the weight of higher end PS/2 mice. The package also comes with 2 Nice stickers, the USB connection is gold plated, and comes with a velco cord manager (like those Laptop power adapters have). Also, the fact I use both hand equally for mouse usage is a big plus.

Cons: The only issue I will see would be the LED Logo. The fact that it is on all the time. 1 year warranty.
Didn't last 2 years! I have a Logitech USB Trackman Corded and Wireless that are from 1999 that work great!

Other Thoughts: March 2016 Update.. Less than 18 Months later, There went the cable. As time went own the cord felt more and more stiff differently not the quality of Logitech or Microsoft cords! We since it is out of warranty. I can comment on the internals... Nice PCB Construction, Nice Lead Weight, and the Caps are of good quality. Easy to read PCB and easy to replace USB Cable, which i had a old M$ Sidewinder flight stick that was busted, and just matched the colors! It works better and the cable isn't as rigid!

Pros: Looks great, feels great

Cons: worked fine for a couple of months, loved using it...now it kind of sucks. The thing is I use it for work too since it's already in my bag, but sometimes it wont respond, other times it twitches awkwardly on the screen making it unusable.

Other Thoughts: would not recommend

Pros: Worked great for about 3 months, after that not so much.

Cons: After about 3 months, it would randomly freeze up and stop working, disconnecting and reconnecting the cable (or rebooting) would fix it. After a week or so I gave up. It's sitting on my shelf gathering dust. (It's really good for that!!)

Other Thoughts: I reinstalled the drivers, no help. I tried to contact GAMDIA's customer support via phone and email (2 or 3 emails iirc), no response. It's a cheap mouse, I spent way to much time trying to resolve issues (FI). I'm a sucker for low-prices. I should know better by now (sigh).

Pros: great mouse, cool dpi function, and usually very accurate. best mouse i ever owned when it works----- see cons

Cons: THE ****** THING OPENS THE GAMDIAS WEBPAGE BY ITS-SELF. I have used this mouse for almost 2 years and just today the little **** has started absolutely spamming me with the webpage. The mouse apparently has this written in it's code, as it will open the "run program" application and then TYPE IN THE WEBPAGE. I know the program is held on the mouse, as when i plug in a new mouse, or just unplug this one, it can not open the webpage.

Other Thoughts: Will not ever recommend a product that spams you with their own webpage. It will take a lot for this company to earn me back as a customer, as this is just absolutely insane. I have not heard of anyone else with this problem, but if every mouse has it, I'm sure they will eventually have it activate too. please do not support a company that screws with it's customer's computer, buy a different mouse

Cons: White logo on the rear of the mouse can not be turned off. This creates problems if you game in the dark (90% of gamers)

The mouse skips. At first it was only a fraction of a second, lately it's been freezing for up to 30 seconds to a minute. Basically makes it unplayable. I could always write a paper with it I suppose, but for gaming purposes, it's worthless

Other Thoughts: I'm not sure if it's a software issue or a compatibility issue. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the software, but I have the latest drivers/SW downloaded and the skipping continues.

Pros: This mouse looks great, especially with the RGB colors, The mouse has a accurate sensor and on the fly DPI adjustment is great.. Not much left to say..

Pros: I looked at some mouses that were highly rated and within my price range, and this GAMDIAS demeter is definitely a solid purchase. The mouse is really nice, it moves well and the grip on it is very nice and it's response time is superb. I just wanted a solid mouse for a casual/semi-casual PC gaming experience and this one is incredible

Cons: The only downfall I really have is it is a little big, but unless you have super tiny hands you should love hot it fits in hand and moves. The Pro's outweight the Con's so much in hindsight.

Other Thoughts: Definitely would grab another GAMDIAS mouse in the future, and would recommend to both semi-casual PC gamers as myself and even people who are more serious (including personal friends).

Pros: It was great while it lasted.

Cons: It has developed an intermittent double-click with the middle clicker.

Other Thoughts: I left a very positive and glowing review for this mouse back in July of last year after a few days of ownership. I still think it's a great mouse, but there it goes after less then 10 months. Now it's randomly double-clicking when I use the middle clicker. It's nothing more than a nuisance, but it could really mess me up in video games if I was still actively playing them.

Other Thoughts: Comfortable to use for long periods, multiple DPI settings are nice, and I've found the DPI switch to be conveniently placed. Nice weight.

Only the middle click, right click, right side, and left side buttons are programmable. Latest version of HERA (2.3.6) has not allowed me to change the left click function. Not that I can really think of a reason that I would.

Pros: Great price! Works well with many colors and easy installation!

Cons: A bit cheaply made but for 24$ it's great!! Sadly you cannot change the GAMDIAS logo color, but you can change the scroll color, it looks very weird having purple lights and yellow... If you are looking for lots of color options, I would look further!

Other Thoughts: Still, it works great! Dpi is fine and easily adjustable.
