Pros: Bought these when NE had them for $20. Good value. They work well. It's basically a combination of an earplug (the canal plugs) + active noise cancelling. Someone mentioned below that " it came with a set of medium size canal plugs BUT only 1 large and 1 small size plug" ... LOL, the plastic container has 1 of each but the other one of each set is in the black carry pouch (along with the plug adapters). I'm not sure why they did it this way as my first thought was that mine only came with 1 small and 1 large, but they're both there in the black pouch.

Cons: The active noise cancelling requires a AAA battery. I've only had this for about a week so I don't know how long the battery will last, but you'll have to swap the battery whenever it runs out.

Other Thoughts: Great value for $20. I'm very happy with the purchase.

Pros: They do make sound, just like any pair of headphones.

Cons: Noise cancelling is a joke! Plus, when the device is turned on, a constant noise can be heard.

Not very comfortable; creates suction in the ears.

Other Thoughts: Worked superbly on the airplane. Obviously it won't cancel out everything but it clearly cancels out quite a bit. Good unit.

Pros: Does counter the noises and ok sound quality. Has the option to turn off noise canceling and use it as regular headphones.

Cons: So it came with a set of medium size canal plugs BUT only 1 large and 1 small size plug. The small size plug fits me perfectly, but it is only for one ear??? Why would iLuv only pack 1 piece!?

Turning on noise canceling also creates an ambient sound.

Other Thoughts: Does look somewhat cheap.
