1 out of 5 eggsVery Disappointed

Pros: It glows and still scrolls

Cons: Within the first week the top trigger finger clicker started to stick pretty bad. After about 5 days of constant use it finally stop sticking constantly. Then not two weeks later the right side rubber piece falls off and then a couple days later the left side fell off. This mouse is one of the poorest built mouses I have ever used.

Other Thoughts: If you are planning to use this more than an hour or so a week, then STAY away. This mouse has ecrotizing fasciitis!!!! Not worth the money to return it, I will just chalk this one up to lessoned learned.

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The ergonomic feel of the mouse definitely has its benefits. I use my hands all day at work so it's nice to use something like this at home. The dpi selection is nice and fairly responsive, and the lights are a nice touch. Options available to change which three dpi sets you'd like, click speed, etc. Would recommend to those interested in a new mouse type.

Cons: No real cons, though the plastic trigger buttons feel a little loose at times, but barely noticable.

Other Thoughts: I now need a larger mouse pad, as the mouse itself is a little on the big side. After using the mouse for a while, you definitely get used to it. Good to use in games like CS:GO , makes you feel more in control somehow.

2 out of 5 eggsDon't buy This

Pros: The mouse works well.
the lights blue, red, ...

Cons: the grip came off two times. Had to wait for a replacement and after another 2 weeks of use he grip came off again. It really kills how nice the mouse looks. Dealing with Zalman was pain in the you know waht (newegg doesn't allow me to type But-t. They made me paid two times for shipping even though the first time the girp came off only after two weeks of use.

Zalman does not stand by what it sales the same issues with their CPU Coolers . Stay away take your money somewhere else

4 out of 5 eggsacclimation period

Pros: helps with wrist pain because of the upright grip. extra buttons are nice. eye catching design makes friends ask about it.

Cons: As others said it is awkward at first and smaller than you'd expect. The rubber grips on mine came off after 6-8 months.

Other Thoughts: After the acclimation period this has become my favorite mouse. It is small, but I have larger hands than most, and don't find it uncomfortable to work with. I actually like the size because it allows me to rest the side of my hand on the desk and pivot the mouse around only using my fingers and minimal wrist movement, which also helps with wrist cramps.

5 out of 5 eggsworth a try if you have small hands

Pros: very different feel than a mouse. This controller does provide very accurate tracking and the three scale settings are very useful. the buttons seem high quality, though I'd prefer more 'click'. The side buttons (3 and 4) are in a good posotion for your right handed thumb, but not as good as some gaming mice ive used. GREAT PRICE (with the rebate) makes it worth a try. The scroll wheel is the best part of the unit (and it lights up different collors to tell you what scale factor the mouse is set to). I will consider using this for non gaming due to the excellent scroll wheel.

Cons: youve read all the reviews... it is small and will be uncomfortable to hold for those with large man-hands
Fortunately, though my fingers are long, they are thin. I would think this to be most comfortable for women or teens with smaller hands. (i'm 6'3" though)
gaming with it was a bit of a learning curve as the motion is detected in front of your hand where the 'mouse' part is and not centered under your palm..

2 out of 5 eggsVery poor build quality

Pros: 2 eggs because it really helped alleviate my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome before it fell apart.

Cons: I've owned the mouse for about two months and I am astounded how poor the build quality is, it's easily the poorest quality mouse I've ever owned. The rubber panels started to come off in about a month of normal use. One is now off completely and the other makes it hard to press the side buttons. I tried to superglue the panels back down but they are too big for the cutouts so they are constantly pulling away from the mouse making it very difficult to keep in place. I've never had a mouse of ANY price/quality fall apart so quickly even the very cheapest of 3 dollar throw away mice. It makes me question Zalman's product quality, if their mouse starts to fall apart after a month of normal use how can anyone trust them with something as important as a Power Supply or Motherboard?!

Other Thoughts: I've contacted Zalman support and will update depending on their response but, as it stands now I will never trust the quality oof Zalman products!

4 out of 5 eggsLike this mouse very much

Pros: Great for carpal tunnel sufferers. The vertical grip allows you to hold it in a natural "handshake" manner instead of twisting your forearm as with a regular mouse. This has done a lot to reduce my pain.
Innovative style- it takes a little getting used to, but by swinging it instead of sliding left to right, you get a much more natural and quick pivot-look in FPS games.
I took it to work to try out there and people kept coming over to look at it. (I work in IT) :)
Fits my hand perfectly, but I wear size small men's gloves.

Cons: Not as flexible as my Logitech MX510 perhaps.
Not made for large hands.

Other Thoughts: I use this mouse not only for gaming, but for general use, as I have nearly crippling carpal tunnel. Using this mouse has removed a lot of my pain in just a couple weeks of using it.

4 out of 5 eggsgood product

Pros: Unique design minimizes wrist/arm movement and increases accuracy (once you get used to it). Also hand position reduces stress on the wrist.

Cons: The 2 thumb buttons are difficult for my thick thumb to use. This is really a 5 button mouse, 6th button is for dps adjustment. Software is terrible, luckily it works fine with standard drivers.

Other Thoughts: The leather like 'insert' on the side came out after 2 weeks, this has no effect on performance though. Ergonimicaly this mouse it a 'win'.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat deal

Pros: First, this product is no more manufactured in Korea
Second, its market price in Korea was $65 and its used price is around $20.
There is no such innovative mouse other than Zalman FG-1000 out there.
I recommend everyone to take a shot to try this mouse for a whole new experience

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I'm 5'11 and my hand is only 6.7 inches. My hand size is same to my girlfriend's who is 5'2...
The normal sized mouses are uncomfortable for me. Also I use the fingertip method.
If you have a BIG hand, Zalman FG-1000 will not fit to you.

4 out of 5 eggsGoofy Mouse

Pros: This mouse actually made my gameplay improve as far as point to point accuracy just based off of how you had to move when using it.

It's a sturdy mouse and seemed to be built rather well too.

Cons: It's a little small for my hands, so when using it my pink rest a little funny. I did eventually get use to it though.

When using this mouse on the desktop when switching between games it's the weirdest and seemingly uncomfortable thing I've ever done.

Other Thoughts: You want to make sure you have a pretty big mouse pad when using this mouse as it will take up a lot of mouse pad space.

Although this mouse is pretty awesome for gaming I always found myself wanting to go back to my regular mouse. This could just be me though.
