5 out of 5 eggsEVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE

Pros: They're just all out amazing, you can change the equalizer settings to 8 different channels ( my favorite is the 7th ((most bass))) but anyways, it's the must have for gamers, you can hear EVERYTHING. Footsteps, Exo boots across map, you'll be able to sneak up behind enemies and slap them 12 times over. It will have you at your edge. I even love the additional auxiliary Jack so I can play my own music. Perfect so I don't annoy other gamers with speakers.

Cons: The ONE THING I don't like is the fact that it doesn't have memory focused on volume, everytime I start up my Xbox and join a party or whatever, it's always deafening when my friends say hello, and I end up turning the volume down myself while my ears are simultaneously bleeding out.

Other Thoughts: Love em, Idk how long I've had them , but I now know that I can't live without them, i now choose the most silent setups for my game characters because the sound of footsteps now give me anxiety. Lol

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Quality

Pros: Great upgrade to my old Yapsters .... ofcourse , great sound and the presets are fun to fool with.

Cons: A wire needed for the presets to even work with anything other than the XBOX is sold seperatley though they are supposedly mainly for the PS3,so was forced to aquire one from a third party to use them on my PC . but after GREAT only one star away for this oversight.

Other Thoughts: even though recertified having absolutley no trouble SO FAR .

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: - Very comfortable, cups over my ears as opposed to pressing on them
- Rechargeable
- Easy setup

Cons: - Annoying beep for the low battery is just, well, annoying. It chirps every 10-15 seconds once it is low, but you can still get some use out of them for a little while...

Other Thoughts: Overall a fantastic value since I bought refurbed. I recommend these without a doubt.

2 out of 5 eggsEverything is broken

Pros: It worked fine for about a month before I noticed problems

Cons: So after the first month, one time I turned it on and the volume was at max, and I couldn't turn it down. Even my computer said it was only at level 15. I had to completely restart my computer to fix it. Other times it had no volume at all.
Now, After about 7 months, it started to fade in and out, with it creating no noise for a couple seconds, before starting again.
I tried to reset the whole thing using a paperclip, but it seemed like everything was out of place inside the headsets because I couldn't find the button inside the headset. I could have stuck that paperclip all the way to the back and it wouldn't have hit anything.

1 out of 5 eggsrefurbed?

Pros: non yet! Got them to sync, but then nothing. Using a media center PC. RMA and hope for the best.

Cons: Couldn't get sound through them from PC or receiver.
I noticed that my Media Center PC volume was controlled by the headphone volume control, so that interference could be what kept the phones from sound. The other stereo receiver is across the house, so the interference should have declined enough to allow these to work. NOT!

Other Thoughts: If these sync on the same channel as the MC remote, they will be useless to me - that where I expect to use them! There was No info on the RF frequency band used!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good enough sound for 99% of people.
Wireless has incredible range, goes through almost my entire house through several walls with zero quality degradation.
Battery life is more than long enough

Cons: As someone else mentioned, you do have to hit the little sync button on the back of the receiver EVERY time you want to use the mic, but this isn't a huge problem. Not worth docking an egg for; I'm right next to the thing anyway.

Other Thoughts: I want pizza
