1 out of 5 eggsNo longer buying lenovo

Pros: Looks nice feels solid

Cons: Never worked properly. Purchased 3 of these mice and tried it on 5 different Windows 7 based machines. They would work for a short time then fail. Half the time windows would no longer detect the mice. After installing the lenovo software drivers straight from them the mice never worked.

Other Thoughts: Lenovo has ruined IBM in all their products

4 out of 5 eggsGood Mouse

Pros: Solid feel, smooth/soft Thinkpad coating, small and portable. Good battery life, I leave the one on my work desk turned on all the time. I turn the one in my laptop bag on only when I am going to use it.

Cons: Heavy! I like the weight and feel of the mouse, but this thing could be used in self-defense as a thrown weapon. Uses 2 batteries rather than 1. Somewhat pricey compared to other mice and non-bluetooth mice. The Thinkpad coating, which I think is a Pro because it makes the mouse "feel" nice can get scratched and peel off quite easily. Small, which is a Pro for a portable notebook mouse, but can be a little uncomfortable when using it everyday as a desktop mouse.

Other Thoughts: I own 3 of these mice. The first one, I bought with my laptop, it developed "click" issues with the left mouse button after 6 to 9 months of use. The second and third have been rock solid with no problems.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse

Pros: Durable, reliable, great appearance.

Cons: My first one lost it's right mouse button after 2 years of use.

Other Thoughts: This is my second time to use this mouse. The first one developed a problem with the right button. When I bought an Asus notebook, I looked around and bought an Asus bluetooth mouse, which failed within a few months. I pulled my old Thinkpad mouse out of storage and it is still working great, even looks good next to my B53J. So this is a mouse that I would recommend to use with any notebook.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse

Pros: Great match to any ThinkPad.
Compact, but not too small.
Great battery lifetime.
Doesn't feel too light.
5-way wheel

Cons: Left-click button died after 2 years.
Soft-touch paint started to fall off in 6 months, so I had to take it off manually and it became bare plastic after it

Other Thoughts: Highly recommend as a compact travel bluetooth mouse, especially to ThinkPad owners.

1 out of 5 eggsWorked pretty well....once

Pros: It installed and worked one time.

Cons: It wouldn't connect, pair, or otherwise operate after one machine reboot. Went through the connection procedure twice, the laptop's bluetooth utility never could connect the mouse, and then the mouse went back into the box. Life is too short.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect travel mouse

Pros: High quality construction. Feels very solid, and has good weight. Uses AA batteries. The feet travel smoothly on any surface and don't easily pick up dirt and grime. Compact but not too small for comfort (and I have big hands). Matt finish is very simple and stylish, and is soft to the touch.

Cons: After a few seconds without motion, the mouse goes into power save mode, and there is a slight lag when you start to move it again before it powers up (about 1/2 a second). This was slightly annoying at first, but I don't really notice it anymore.

Other Thoughts: This is not a gaming mouse, but for those that travel frequently and carry their computer wherever they go, it should stand up to the abuse.

Also, make sure you disable any hidden power-save setting for the Bluetooth drivers in your computer. Until I figured this out, I thought I had a defective mouse.
