5 out of 5 eggsHigh quality sound - works well with 8110 USB adapter

Pros: Comfortable, clear sound for caller and person on other side of call. Very high build quality

Cons: Expensive once you pair it with 8110 USB adapter

Other Thoughts: We deploy these for our Cisco Communicator softphone users. The headset is comfortable enough for hours of use and has very clear sound. The people we call tell us the sound is very clear for them. We use the 8110 USB adapter which has installed on 100% of XP and Vista machines we've used it with. Perhaps $125 is a lot for a USB headset but we've had nothing but good experience with the build quality, comfort and sound of this combination

1 out of 5 eggsDo NOT buy this as a USB headset - it ISN'T

Pros: Nice, light headset, looks good. Useless, but it looks good.

Cons: Does NOT connect to USB. Requires an $80 USB adapter (not sold by NewEgg, I believe) to work with USB. Has a "GN" telephone plug of some kind that I've not heard of before.

Other Thoughts: Buy Logitech.
