Inexpensive in comparison to other commercial headsets. Looks Slick. I got about 10 comments from other agents in my call center about this headset. Cons: Sometimes feels like it will fall off your ear. Other Thoughts: It's a good idea to get the GN1200 Universal cable. This is the GN Netcom platform. It will not plug in to Plantronics quick disconnects. The universal cable has switches on it for all major brand of phones. Did you find this review helpful? Feels Great.
Ambidextrous Configuration.
Light Weight.
Inexpensive in comparison to other commercial headsets.
