Go to Jabra's website if you wish to verify my claims. Cons: Con is the person post descriptions and warranty length isn't paying attention. Some people base purchases on warranty length so it is important for the person posting items to post them accurately. As for the product itself they feel they will last for awhile. They do not feel as good as the Jabra Biz 2400 but they do feel a lot tougher than most telephony headsets. Well worth the price but I'm just use to the 2400's Other Thoughts: Who's putting these items up for Newegg because he/she is really missing the mark when it comes to explaining proper warranty length.
