Jabra 9460-65-707-105 Single Ear Jabra PRO 9460 Flex Touch Screen Office Headset

Pros: Haven't found any yet, as I am unable to attach it to my laptop/softphone. kinda need the missing part for that. I will not select an overall rating unless forced to at the end of this. I don't want anyone getting false hopes for Neweggs service verses product.

Cons: I received the package last night opened the shipping package to find the Product box was opened and parts had been removed. USB cable and neck attachment. Called customer service sat on hold, someone picked up the call and I heard talking in the background then was placed on Mute . Could get the person to understand that parts were missing and not the whole shipment. Got to a supervisor and went through the same thing all over. Got her to understand (maybe) that all I wanted was the parts. So until I get the parts from Newegg which at this point looks very doubtful, I can't use it.

Other Thoughts: I read the comment left on 2-28-2012 and went to Jabra. This model by description and photo has only 2 not 3 wearing options included. they are using the info and photo from a higher end product. Which I will be checking with the state and federal laws.

Pros: One of the best most expensive headsets on the market. All the features and then some

The product is excellent just don't buy it here!!! newegg gets a goose egg, this product is a 5 egg product.

Cons: Newegg advertises it as does the manufacturer with 3 styles of wear. A over the head band a ear clip and and around the neck clip. Unfortunately for me Newegg is strictly a resale shop as I was just told from their online customer service. Mine did not come with the neckband option as advertised and paid for. I have spoken with 2 different online reps tonight and both have handled the situation like a true incompetent person would. I have been called a liar by one saying that they dont advertise it with all three options yet here it is in this add. Further more both reps instead of trying escalate the situation and get me the probably $10 neck band have offered me the option to mail everything back to newegg and they will refund my money in who knows how long. Neither rep had a clue nor could tell me if they could would honor the advertisement and send me my pat. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NEWEGG = BADEGG false advertiser incompetent online help.
