Pros: Cheap

Cons: You have to keey direct line of sight, don't move.. ever... the transmitter shuts itself off whenever it feels like it.

Other Thoughts: The headphones themselves have great sound, when you can get the transmitter to work correctly. And it gives you a slight warning (increased static/reduced volume of programming) before it shuts off.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Product

Pros: TV920 is a much more superior product than other TV listening headsets. I had three sets of TV Ears. Each broke after about a year use. You'd think I'd have learned. TV920 is significantly better. I can hear low and high frequency sounds and voices are clear. I highly recommend TV920. Also, it's about one-third the price of TV Ears.

Cons: Headset is bulky.

1 out of 5 eggsDo not BUY!!!!!

Pros: Great for a Halloween custom party

Cons: Useless piece of junk. The whole IR technology is flawed for this purpose.
In tight place or close distances, its almost impossible to align this right, and if you move by an inch, you get LOUD static.
I far distances, there is a small static noise, no matter what you do or how you move or alight the transmitter.

1 out of 5 eggsDo not BUY!!!!!

Pros: Good for a Halloween custom party

Cons: DO NOT BUY!!!!
It's simply a useless piece of junk. Better give the money to a homeless person, or buy cat food for your neighborhood street cats.

Unless you position your transmitter with 90% precision, you will get loud static.
Meaning:
- If you move on the sofa one seat, it wont work
- If you standup, it won't work.
- If you turn your head, you'll get some static.

3 out of 5 eggsHiss & Low volume

Pros: IR system, low interference with WiFi & other RF, OK performance line of sight for price.

Cons: Batteries for 1 system (got an extra headset) don't hold charge, but easy to replace AAA's. Volume max barely effective in picking up full sound range... but then system hiss constant distraction when not loud action sequences. Break link with transmitter and ear splitting noise erupts.

Other Thoughts: The main system only has one recharge plug, using additional headsets (up to four recommended for each system) becomes problematic as keeping them all charged requires time & planning if you want to use them all at the same time. No indicator when fully charged. Recommend extra batteries and separate chargers.

3 out of 5 eggsouch...painful

Pros: Sound is very good, strong amplifier, holds charge well. Good price

Cons: My only complaint... after wearing these while watching TV for an hour, my poor ears hurt so bad. The most uncomfortable ear cups I've ever tried.

Other Thoughts: If the company could fix the ear cups..these would be a 10..

Cons: I can't think of any!
