Pros: no pro's

Cons: First of all I got two sets of the head set's I opened one set to try them I noticed that I was not getting the same output on each side I had reversed the set and found that the audible change went to my other ear. At that point I tried to do an RMA witch I thought went smoothly. I waited a few days and I didn't see an email I went to my account and there was nothing there so I called Newegg to find none was generated because it was sold to by a different company. The lady on the phone was very helpful and generated a claim with the company that sold them to me. my problem is that in the mean time I have no headsets and I don't have any Idea when or if anything is going to be done.

Other Thoughts: Never buy from a third party product from Newegg and you will be better off.
