1 out of 5 eggsWeak Signal and use battery fast

Pros: none other than look the eye.

Cons: Compared to all my wireless logitech mouse (plugged same location, used the same daily average, same battery brand), it loses the signal very often and I have to change the battery too often.

1 out of 5 eggsDouble Fail

Pros: Good size, lots of buttons and features, small wireless connector

if it worked properly it would get 4 or 5 eggs.

Cons: After 5 days of use it died on me. Device was switched off when not in use. 5 Days people.

Also, it crashes Windows 8. It actually creates such a problem that the entire OS crashes and I get the new blue screen. Have received it now at least 6 times during my trip, whenever i plug it into the USB port. I know that is probably mostly MSFT's problem, but give me a break.

5 out of 5 eggsSweet Mouse

Pros: This mouse replaced a Logitech wireless mouse for my laptop. The small-profile receiver can stay in place in the USB port even when the laptop goes in the travel bag and is far more convenient than the old dongle which had to be removed before packing up and would get caught on things when moving the computer around on my lap. The 5 button setup is comparable to my desktop mouse and makes browsing, page-flipping, and other "back-forward" activities a breeze. The bright laser optics work well on any surface.

Cons: The only con with this mouse, as with many others I've looked at or used, is that the side-mounted 'back-forward' buttons are not as easy for me to use as the top-mounted ones on my Logitech desk set mouse. This is so minor as to be insignificant for me, but may be a deciding factor for some

Other Thoughts: As always, Newegg service was top-notch

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Installed and worked perfectly on Windows XP (32bit & 64bit), Vista (32bit), 7 (32bit & 64bit), and 8 (64bit)
I have small hands and it fits nicely for me.
Good tracking; I've used it for gaming and it's functioned as well as an expensive mouse.
DPI switch, side tilt, and extra buttons are very useful.
Wireless and not expensive

Cons: It uses two AAA batteries and they don't last very long even when using expensive brands with high capacity. I change batteries every month or two.

Other Thoughts: I've had this mouse for about a year and a half, it's never failed me. I bought it for $15 and thought it would last me a month or two, but this one has working great since the day I bought it. There are some bad reviews out there but I've never experienced what they have. I might just have gotten lucky and purchased the best unit that got processed. Anyway I'm glad it's lasted me and I'm hoping for another good year with it. :D

2 out of 5 eggsNot Tracking well

Pros: Cheap, 5 buttons

Cons: Not sure if it is a problem with 64 bit, but the driver did not install flawlessly in win7 64 bit. Had to use compatibility to get it to go. When it did the buttons worked great, but the tracking was not so good. The mouse will just stop tracking for a second or 2 then start up again. Will keep checking for drivers but so far there are none for this mouse on the gearhead site.

5 out of 5 eggsNice cordless mouse.

Pros: Works great! Came with batteries even, and has the tiny USB receiver. Install was a snap in Windows 7. Love having an off switch to save batteries when it isn't needed.

Cons: Smaller sized, so those that don't like small mice may not like it.

Other Thoughts: I bought this for use with an Acer Netbook D150 that I have upgraded.
