Cons: Failed after about three weeks. Contacted GearHead support---short wait time---and issue seemed resolved. (Issue was the "light" would not remain on for any length of time--then after a few hrs would not even turn on briefly.) The GearHead tech helped me "cycle" the device and I thought all was well. Not so. Light went off again within an hour. So a vicious circle ensues. Help please. (Never had occasion to return an item, request refund, etc. since I have been ordering from NewEgg after reading their reviews.) Other Thoughts: Darn, this is the pits! What is return policy?
