Cons: -The mic/volume adjuster is on the left rather than the right. -My ears are small so the different fitting buds took some getting used to. -The microphone will not work with my pc desktop as it was designed for smartphones. You will need an audio in/out plug or adapter to get it to work, some computers have these built in though, unfortunately mines does not.
