Pros: These glasses are worth every penny!! I work in IT as well as game on my computer, so I am in front of a computer for 60+ hours a week. I ordered this style frame through a doctor's office with my prescription and these glasses have reduced my eye strain significantly!! Now they will take a bit to get used to but when your eyes are adjusted, they are so worth it.

Cons: They do smudge easily but nothing a glasses cleaning kit can't fix. Also to get these with prescriptions, you must go through a clinic that works with Gunnar/ Carl Zeiss. For me living in New Orleans, I had to contact a clinic 3 hours away in order to get these in prescription.

Other Thoughts: After all that hassle, these glasses are still worth it!!

Pros: I've had these for over a year now and have gone through periods of heavy use to none for months at a time. They do make a big difference, but if you have pretty good eyes and great monitors (IPS) then they aren't as helpful.
The biggest pro to these is that they focus at an intermediate range and magnfiy only a little. Reading glasses focus too closely for normal computer use.
To me the monitors actually appear clearer and brighter without adding strain (and maybe relieving a little).
Essential for someone who stares at monitors 40+ hours/week.

Cons: They get smudged very easliy. A standard eyeglass cleaning kit from Costco (good for glasses with coatings) gets them clean every time.
I've also had the lens pop out once or twice and a screw loosen. The lens was easy to pop back in and clean. The loose screw tightend right back down and hasn't been a problem since.

Other Thoughts: If eye strain is a concern then these are worth giving a shot. I use mine daily and love them. My eyes are less strained at the end of the day.

Pros: These things rock. I noticed a huge difference. I've had these about 6-9 months now and I can't function without them. I work 40 hours a week at a computer in a coporate IT. These things work amazingly. I have this style in Onyx. Extremely durable, they've been dropped tons of times, stepped on, sat on, not a single scratch, crack or bend. They have tons of styles now and I think I might try their sumglasses.

Cons: Smudge easily (All digital eyeware smudges easily, this is not specific to Gunnar glasses). Took 3 days of wearing before I adjusted to the difference.

Other Thoughts: Commit, they hurt my eyes for the first 2-3 days but after that they were awesome and I didn't have anymore trouble. They easy eye strain immediately. They yellow tint is different at first but I promise, give it a few days and you'll love it. They have a slight zoom so beware. They actually don't look as dorky as I thought either which was good. Another thing. go to the Gunnar website and LOOK AT THE DIMMENSIONS! Someone warned me to check dimensions first so I did. My glasses are the 2nd biggest style and are only 1.5-2" tall. I like it but just a heads up.
