Pros: They look nice , nice box , if the lenses where bigger , they might help .

Cons: The Lenses are to small .
Every time I look up or down I see the frame in the middle .
My eyes have to readjust every time I look over & under the lenses , my eyes start to hurt from using them , I gave them to my wife & she told me the same thing . I am glad I told her that I spent $10.00 on them , because she told me that I could get something better at the dollar store . She told me $10.00 was way to much .

Other Thoughts: The People I work with all said the Glasses look good on me , I let some of them try them & they said the same thing , the lenses are too small . I you are a kid under age twelve , the glasses might work good , but if You are over 40 , the glasses might work for you .

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Reduce eye strain.

Look awesome.

Swanky packaging.

Can't feel them under headset. I didn't believe this was possible before I wore them but really, they pretty much disappear next to your head under the ear cushions.

I spend 8 hours a day staring at a command line (Linux system admin), and then I go home and spend 8 more on a computer (usually gaming). Usually by the end of the workday I have trouble focusing on high-contrast text on my command line and my eyes are tired and I feel like I've been staring at a screen too long (I have). These have reduced that effect SIGNIFICANTLY. I get annoyed every time I forget to take them to work (I don't normally wear glasses, not used to toting them around). I'm forgetful enough that I'm considering picking up a second pair just for work.

The subconscious squinting when reading on screen is greatly reduced and sometimes completely eliminated, further reducing eye muscle strain.

Cons: Not much wrong with these. Here's some stuff that isn't PERFECT (for me):

The frames are very thin and flexible (could be considered a pro), but it causes me to handle them very gently, as I don't want to smash them like a caveman.

Lenses smudge very easily.

The awesome little carrier bag gets dirty easily and doesn't clean easily.

Considering the pros, these cons are negligible.

Other Thoughts: Had these for 2 months so far. I have good vision (20/13 in one eye, 20/17 in the other). These glasses are not optically correct. They have a slight magnification (this is a good thing for computer glasses) and slight distortion at the extreme edges of the lenses. This causes things further than about 20 feet away to be considerably blurrier, and hard peripheral vision to become slightly distorted. Reading book spines on the bookshelf across the room is something I can do w/o the glasses but can't with them on. They are designed to be used with a computer screen where it is between 1' and 6' from you and not clear out in lala land of your peripheral vision. These glasses perform superbly when used at a computer.

5 out of 5 eggsGear Up Soldier

Pros: Light weight. Comfortable. Enhance color contrast. Reduce glare. Reduce eye strain. Increase detail. Work perfectly with over-the-ear headphones.

Cons: An ever-so-slight change in the color Pure White to my eyes. But it could just be me and it's nothing negative or off putting.

Other Thoughts: THESE GLASSES WORK. Period. Received a pair directly from GUNNAR in a Review/Contest thing and all of my previous skepticism went right out the window. Straight up. I've got 500+ hours logged in Battlefield 3 at the time of this review and 45+ of those hours were run with these GUNNAR PPKs: headaches, gone; dry/watery/itchy eyes, gone. Enhanced color contrast and detail along with being able to just relax and focus on the game--not worrying about that next break cause your eyes hurt or you have a headache is huge, and I mean HUGE when you are on a roll in-game.

Even though I didn't buy these here on The Egg I wanted to stop in and write this review because I shop here regularly and I know how handy reviews for products are when making that final decision.

You've got that nice monitor. That slick keyboard and mouse. Those hot cans. Add these PPKs to your set up and you will really be glad you did.

5 out of 5 eggsThey work and look great

Pros: They really work. They make it easier to look at the screen and they even magnify a little bit. They also double as some great looking glasses to wear for style. All of my friends say they look sweet.

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: worth it if you love your eyes and your brain

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing eyewear!

Pros: There are alot of pro's to these glasses. To many to count! I put them on and i had a headache for a bit but after my eyes got used to them they helped in every area they were made for!

Cons: 1 that is my fault is my head is large so the glasses are kinda tight against the behind of my ear but other then that i have no complaints!

Other Thoughts: I should have got the Heat/Onyx :P Looks cooler imo.

5 out of 5 eggsThey work!!!

Pros: -They are light weight with a bendable type allow temple that allowed them to fit to my wide head comfortably.

-My headaches were gone after about a week of usage and it seems like my eyes fully adjusted to not working as hard due to their amber technology.

-Thought they would be uncomfortable with headsets since i'm a gamer... They arent. The flat temple slips nicely next to my SteelSeries Siberia V2.

-White backround stuff, like typing a paper, is so much nicer with these, I don't seem to fall into a "screen vortex" when focusing for a long time and typing without blinking.

-After being on my PC for more than 6 hours it actually removed that mental fatigueish tired effect that you normally get.

-The yellow tint didn't make my whole world as yellow as I thought they would.

Cons: I can't put my name on the temple, and they don't double as sun glasses.

Other Thoughts: I'd recommend these to anyone staring at a Digital Screen, for whatever amount of time! It does wonders though for people who work in front of computers or TV's.
