Klipsch Image E1 Noise-isolating In-Ear Headphone

Pros: Look

Cons: The sound quality is terrible, much worse than the free headphone that comes with iphone 4 that I have. Sound is not clear, no bass. Don't be fool by the name Klipsch. I own Klipsch speakres in my home theater and I am very disappointed to see such a terrible product from Klipsch. It's not even worth $1 IMHO. Trust other reviewers, save your money and buy something else.

Pros: Free after rebate. Snugly fits in ears. Different size rubber pieces

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Received the earphone over the weekend and first thing I did was to replace the rubber pieces to a bigger sizes so it would fit more snugly in the ears and to ensure that the noise-isolating functions optimally. Plugged earphone into my iPhone and its sound really good and loud with plenty of bass.

Other Thoughts: Come on, somebody. All it takes is 1 great review to raise its rating. And you don't even have to mean it!

Pros: Good noise isolation

Cons: The frequency response is not at all flat. No base, voices don't sound like the singer...... 9 dollar Logitechs sound better than these.

Pros: Fits in my ear

Cons: I bought two of these and both died within 2 months. One had the sound completly cut out and the other lost the right side.

Other Thoughts: I have another set of these that I bought a while back and figured that Klipsch would continue to provide good equipment. I was wrong.

Pros: Size

Cons: Worst earphones I've ever owned. I thought with a brand like Klipshch and for the listed price these would be awesome. Absolutely NO bass what so ever. Volume has to be turned up to 3/4 on my iPad. They don't even deserve the 1 egg I gave them. VERY disapointed.

Other Thoughts: The earphones we received with my daughters new iPod and an old set we got with our PSP sound 100x's better. Even old Sony earphones I've had for 15+ years sound 100x's better

Cons: junk.. my free with the phone sound better. don't wast your money. I have Klipsch home speakers and i thought what a deal. RIGHT!

Pros: They fit my ears well.

Cons: I've been a customer of Klipsch for over 40 years, and own 5 pair of their speaker (including Klipschorns). I knew Paul Klipsch personally, and must say he's turning in his grave with such a dismal product with his name on it. These are terrible, the antithesis of PWK's philosophy (high-efficiency, high dynamic range and wide bandwidth). These are low sensitivity and have little bass response. I've tried everything, and they just don't sound good. The cord transmits noise to my ears also, as others have stated.

movement noise (cord) is absolutely terrible

Other Thoughts: Don't bother buying these - noise from cords is so loud and distracting you will regret your decision

Pros: The highs are very clean. Ear pieces really do fit the shape of my ears better than most. Decent build quality from what I can see.

Cons: Very underwhelming bass output. Cord noise is incredibly distracting. The slightest bump or brush on the cord transmits very audibly through the ear pieces unless you cinch the little plastic slide right up to your chin. The output also seemed bit low compared to other in ear headphones I've used with the same sources.

Other Thoughts: First time I've had a trusted brand disappoint so much. I suppose these would be just fine audio books or spoken word type applications, but for anything needing remotely full dynamic range I think these will be a disappointing.
