Corsair Vengeance 1100 3.5mm/ USB Connector Supra-aural Communication Headset

Pros: had them for a couple of days now taking them on and off and it works absolutely great so far. My head isn't quite big so I guess it won't break as easy for me but I guess it depends.

Sound is great, mic is great, works for what I need it for.

Cons: None so far other than just that I have to push them back a bit rather than having them sit perfectly on my ear because the clip hurts the top of my ears after about 30 mins.

Other Thoughts: Great

Pros: Both input and output sound is nice and clear. Comfortable. Look good. Got them dirt cheap on sale for like $15, free shipping.

Cons: Read some other reviews about these breaking easily. I ignored them. *spoiler* Just now they broke as I went to put them on.

They lasted 4 months, 7 days.

Other Thoughts: Unless they're 50%+ off, I wouldn't recommend taking a chance on these.

Pros: USB sound card is nice and shockingly decent quality.
They look really nice.
Sound quality is decent.
Mic quality is shockingly good

Cons: Break extremely easily
Super uncomfortable
Corsair RMA process is broken at best

Other Thoughts: Wouldn't recommend, the breaks are too much to deal with

Pros: This is a good little headset. I would not recommend for hours of gaming on end unless you have small ears. I have large ears and the top of the plastic curviture really digs into the top of my ear. But what this product cost and the sound quality together make it a good buy. It was a gamble that all in all paid off well.

Cons: see above. Yeh they are cons but not really any cons when you get a corsair product at this price.

Cons: Horrible customer service I made a mistake with the SN on the item when sending it out on the RMA. I had a Corsair M60 mouse and this headset in the same box. Take note I have not shipped them out yet at the time, and I had a accidentally put the M60 Serial number on the Corsair 1100's RMA case. So noticing my error I called Corsair Customer service and asked them what to do the lady on the other end of the phone told me to send both items anyway they'll note the issue and help me replace both the mouse and the headset.

Couple weeks later I get the mouse back but the headset is no-where to be seen. I call the customer service again and I end up talking to a lady again(unsure if its the same one from before) I told her my situation and she said it should ship out tomorrow.... I check 3 days later and the RMA status is still the same they did not get the item. She did say they received the item but its got the wrong SN. Proceeds to tell me they will send it out the next day.... I'm going to call on Monday with many complaints. Do not buy this product breaks easily even with careful/light use. Customer Service shrugs you off to get you off the line as soon as possible.

Pros: great sound quality with as mentioned bad design flaw....see cons

Cons: As mentioned by other reviewers the head band or behind the neck band is too stiff and doesnt flex. Mine snapped after minimal use now looking for another headset.. Beyond rma/exchange period now and very disappointed with this product overall build quility is very poor and flawed. Is this what we can now expect from Corsair now?

Pros: Great Audio Quality
Good Mic
Nice volume control and mute option on the line

Cons: Plastic holding the headset together is weak. Snapped after minor usage...

I have a small head so it wasn't a size issue either. Would hurt your ears after 20-30 minutes of usage because of the design.

Other Thoughts: Going to try to get Corsair to get me a RMA...

Good sound quality
Okay mic quality
Build quality looks solid

Cons: I find them very uncomfortable, I just can't stand them after wearing them for a little while. They are also hard to put on.

I think they are just too heavy and stiff for the "behind-the-head" design. They give me headaches...

Other Thoughts: I heard they brake easily if you open them up too wide, so I'm being extra careful.
Got them for cheap on rebate with an extra mail-in-rebate, but it wasn't worth it for me since I just can't stand wearing them. Feels like it's tearing my ears apart.

Pros: Sound quality, looks

Cons: These are very poorly designed. Uncomfortable, but I dealt with it. What I can't deal with is that they broke from normal usage after a couple months. From other reviews this seems to be quite common.

Other Thoughts: Don't buy them, there is a good chance you will be buying something else in a couple of months. I wasn't impressed from day one, but now that they are broken I must say it was a very bad buy. Say goodbye to $40. My Vengeance RAM is great, but this really makes me rethink the brand.

Pros: Extended length. Speakers and Mic, easy audio control and Mic mute

Cons: sometime it does get uncomfortable wearing them for hours at a time. Put headphones around my neck and full audio strength so I can still listen to music at work.

Other Thoughts: Good purchase for me.
