5 out of 5 eggsBest mouse I've used

Pros: Good for big hand/palm gripadjustible weights, durable, smooth, Corsair utility for this mouse is awesome

Cons: Sniper button makes it harder to move when I'm holding it down

Other Thoughts: I keep trying out new mice to find the "perfect" one, this one is the closest I've come. It is fairly large so fits a big hand decently, and the adjustible weights mean you can tune it to your preference. Same goes for the utility, you can play with the polling rate, dpi, and there is another setting for acceleration. The M90 may have been a more fitting buy but the price was right on this one, I am not disappointed.

1 out of 5 eggsDecent if it did not quit working.

Pros: This mouse feels solid and is responsive.
The configuration give a good amount of options.
It glides well on most surfaces.

Cons: The mouse quit working out of the blue on on 4/28/2013 It was purchased on 02/11/2013. The corsair web site provides little to now troubleshooting advice or info although I own a computer repair company so I did not need any "technical support" when it died.

Currently the mouse is recognized as an unknown device on any computer it is connected to. One moment it was working the next it quit.

1 out of 5 eggsDevice works... most of the time.

Pros: The mouse has a great feel to it. It definitely does the job pretty well. I don't do much for online FPS games, but I'm sure the sniper button will help out a bit on my next playthrough of Fallout or some such.

Cons: I've tried and tried and tried. I've updated drivers, tried older drivers, updated firmware, restarted countless times, deleted old drivers, but I always still have the same old problem. The mouse will go inactive for about 5 seconds like it's been unplugged. I'll even hear the windows sound for a device being unplugged. It'll then play the windows sound for a device being plugged back in, and the mouse's functionality returns to normal. The mouse will do this roughly every 5 minutes. I can't do justice in 3000 letters as to how annoying this is while in the middle of a heated online game like D3. Starting to get to the end of my rope with this thing.

Aside from that I'd say that it's pretty good. The sniper button is placed a bit far from the other two side buttons, though. I've got big hands, and it's still a bit of an issue. Not that I'm an avid user of a mouse's side buttons yet, but moving between them still seems a bit awkward. Despite the placement, though, sniper button is pretty ingenious.

5 out of 5 eggsI love it

Pros: I got this mouse specifically for the "SNIPER BUTTON"

It is amazing! Being able to go from the frantic shoot everything that moves and not being accurate to hitting anything within a dime with a simple button then back. I can't put it in words to properly describe it other than awesome.

I don't really use the other buttons, but they are very nice to have when all the other keys around wasd are being used.

The braided cord will definitely help prolong the life.

The sturdy construction. I have a tendency to somehow knock mice on the floor. Usually from catching the cord. I'm hoping that it can take the abuse and so far so good.

Cons: None for me

Other Thoughts: I'm not sure what to think about the weights. I don't feel a difference, but maybe someone else does.

5 out of 5 eggsBest wired mouse I have ever had.

Pros: Best darn wired mouse I have ever owned. The on the fly DPI adjuster is great not to mention the removable weights. This thing is just flawless. I also love the sniper button on the side. If Newegg does not stock these any longer, do yourself a favor and find one of these at another retailer.

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggsIt's good

Pros: The mouse is extremely well built. It has a nice weight to it. Has three weights installed into the bottom of the mouse that can be removed if desired. Removing them is pretty easy. Just use a coin and the cover unscrews. Has a high DPI if you are into that. 5700 DPI is enough for pretty much anything. Three DPI profiles that can be changed on the mouse at any time. Side buttons are in a nice place, scroll wheel has a nice durable feel to it. The feet on the bottom of it are good. They don't wear off too easily. It would be pretty hard to break this mouse by throwing it at your wall. It is really built that well.

Cons: This is a personal con and may not apply to others, but I have large hands. The mouse I was using prior to this was the Deathadder, which is more of a palm grip mouse. The M60 is more of a claw grip mouse. It can be pretty awkward if you have larger hands and you use this mouse. By no means is it so small it's unusable, but after having a Deathadder it just doesn't feel right. I eventually switched back to my Deathadder after about 4-5 months.

The drivers as everyone else mentions are pretty bad, but they are manageable and not the end of the world.

The sniper button could be in a better spot. It's difficult to hold it down while aiming the mouse without feeling like you are squeezing it, which could effect your shot.

Other Thoughts: Drivers allow you to set up macros (most difficult thing about the drivers without a doubt), change DPI, change DPI on X and Y axis, change lift height, change polling rate, and test your mouse surface.

NOTE: If you have a dark mouse pad, you will NOT be able to change the lift height as much as you may like. This mouse is meant for light mouse surfaces like the Razer Scarab.

This mouse is a good, but if you come from a mouse that uses most of your hand to grip it, you will feel awkward either until you get used to it, or you put up with it.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: 1 Solid construction
2 I like how it's got low clearance to the mousepad and "flares" out on the left side where the thumb is placed, because i tend to touch both mouse and pad at the same time for finer controls.
3 DPI change on the fly is good, and adjustable in the settings

Cons: 1 Like many have said, the "sniper" button is a bit too far forward, but handy in a pinch, just a little awkward.
2 Middle mouse button is just a bit tough to press, but getting used to it.
3 Not a dealbreaker, but the wrapped cord hangs on my desk due to its protective wrapping, which is different from a smooth plastic insulated cord like my MX518.

Other Thoughts: Its about the same weight as the Logitech MX518 when its weights are installed. Its a great mouse, just takes a little getting used to.

2 out of 5 eggsCould be better

Pros: - Snipe button
- Software macros. Could be better, but it was quite simple and very useful in PlanetSide2, L4d2, etc with its timing adjustment.
- Easy open package. No need for scissors or a chainsaw. Next step of human evolution.
- Nice cord comes with a velcro strap
- Aluminum body and the rubberized /anodized surface are great.
- Newegg RMA. I would've melted this thing in my oven. Now it seems like a con...

Cons: - Don't pet it, because it will bite back. See other thoughts.
- Snipe button is half inch away from the perfect spot.
- Big. Would work great for NBA players. However NBA payers do not need it. Definitely not for a claw grip.
- Software is bad. Buggy, some options force you to use another mice to revert changes. Would not detect the correct application from time to time.
- To use the software you have to update the firmware first. I was able to update it from the 6th time because it had to be plugged into the motherboard directly, and only USB2.0. I had to find that out myself. Outrageous.
- Who needs that much DPI?!
- No ring finger button. Have no clue why no-one except g600 and Fatal1ty mice have that. Sure, it will take time to adjust, but the benefit is tremendous.

Other Thoughts: Got a splinter from the aluminum body! Yep not a joke.
