4 out of 5 eggsNot a bad mouse at all.

Pros: Comfortable with nice weight and feel. Has pretty good build quality and the buttons were exactly what I was looking for (as far as feel and click noise is concerned).

Cons: Personally, I would have liked if the 'Sniper" button was moved to the rear a bit more. But that's just a personal opinion.

Other Thoughts: This mouse takes a little bit to get use to at first; the rear tang design makes the mouse feel a bit bigger than it really is.
I purchased it on sale at $60. I could see spending up to around $80 for this mouse, but the current price point of over $100 seems to be a bit overkill.

3 out of 5 eggsGood Mouse, middle button failed

Pros: - Extremely Comfortable
- Great tracking
- Sniper button
- Looks cool
- Adjustable weight

Cons: - Middle button on scroll wheel broke within 1 month of use

Other Thoughts: Only gave 3 eggs because the middle button has already broke. Had that not happened it would be a 5 egg review.

This mouse is extremely comfortable. It comes with three weights you can take out to adjust weight which is very nice.

It has a handy "sniper" button which is designed to allow you to quickly change the dpi to what ever you have set using the software. I do not really need this so Ive switched it to acting like the middle button of my scroll wheel since it broke...

Manufacturer Response:

2 out of 5 eggsWorked Great for 1 Year

Pros: Worked great at several different DPI settings.
Holds up great during travel. Took it with me on a long trip for work where I travelled all around Saudi Arabia for about a month and a half and took it with me on a trip for work down to Chile.

Cons: It suddenly stopped working in the middle of gaming one evening. When plugged in the light on it would just blink off and on. After searching for a solution I found that it's a problem that has come up for a couple other owners and they eventually had to send it in for an RMA. I did the same and it looks like it takes a month and a half to get a replacement. Expecting the replacement in mid February.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent mouse

Pros: Using this mouse for about a month and I absolutely love it. Most comfortable mouse I've ever used. That being said I'm used to just working with generic mice.

Cons: Currently selling for $100+, I purchased for $60. If was on sale like that again I would recommend for a friend, but I couldn't justify spending $100 for a mouse.

Other Thoughts: On sale=yes

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent mouse!

Pros: The mouse has an excellent feel and weight to it. I had always used a cheap no-name or MS USB mouse for gaming and I can say having a mouse designed for gaming makes a difference.

-Adjustable weights
-Adjustable DPI on the fly with per-configurable options in the software
-Very precise tracking
-Quite clicks
-Excellent feel in the hand

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: It took me a while to get this mouse set up. I had to download the software from Corsair's website to get my system to fully recognize it.

Be sure to download the non-RGB software, Firmware 2.26, Software, as the RGB version is not compatible.

5 out of 5 eggsLet there be mouse

Pros: -Adjustable DPI on the fly
-Adjustable weights
-Nylon wrapped cord, of more than ample length
-Optional colors, I went with gunmetal black
-Back/forward page buttons
-Sniper button
-Fits extremely comfortable in my hand, big hands, no issues with reaching the sniper button like others have mentioned in other reviews, so if you have small hands be aware of this.
-Programmable buttons, with profiles able to be saved, using the Corsair Gaming Software from their site

Cons: -None found yet

Other Thoughts: -I wish I waited a week or two to buy this, since for a first I didn't actually buy it from Newegg due to price differences.... But now Newegg's price reflects other vendors.

2 out of 5 eggsIssues with Vengeance M64 mouse

Pros: Cool looks.. Software seemed very intuitive. 3 different DPI settings plus the 4th DPI change as a sniper mode. Nice!

Cons: When I received the mouse, my initial concern was the size of the mouse and the way it fit into my palm. I am not a "claw" grip player. I like my palm to lightly rest on the back of the mouse for ergonomic reasons. I have slightly larger than normal hands. The mouse was not a very comfortable fit for me. It looks cool, but a more rounded palm facing surface would be better. I figured I would give it a try anyway, maybe I would get used to a different type of grip style. After a short time using the mouse, I found the right side plastic panel has a sharp edge that began to irritate my palm. After about a week of use, mouse button 4(back button) began to hang-up after I pressed it. The plastic the mouse is made of seems a little cheap and the tolerances between the pieces is too tight. I missed a whole bunch of melee kills in game because of it. Within a day after the initial button trouble, the button would not spring back out.

Other Thoughts: Newegg got the mouse to me 2 days earlier than expected. I have always been extremely satisfied with Newegg and their excellent service. I have bough many Corsair products in the past. My current build contains mostly Corsair parts(Case, power supply, memory, fans, water cooler, ect...)and this is the first trouble I have had with a product from them. If the mouse fit my hand better, I probably would have tried another M65 since I did like the features.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse

Pros: The mouse has a nice feel in your hand if you are the type to rest your entire hand on it. The weight is nicely balanced with the ability to adjust it.

Cons: The Sniper Button is not mapped to a specific mouse key but instead is by default a low dpi toggle. Using the software you can map it to a keyboard key or an action. I would have liked it to have been an actual mouse5 button that I could map to something else.

Other Thoughts: Overall nice mouse. Go check one out at a local tech store and if you like it then buy it where you get the best deal.

4 out of 5 eggsSecond Corsiar Vengeance M65 I have purchased.

Pros: This mouse is easy to program and the drivers are intuitive, very ergonomic and has a great number of buttons (and I use every single one).

Cons: The middle mouse down button on my first Corsiar Vengeance M65 stopped working about half a year after I have purchased it. So due to time constraints and work I had to quickly order a second. Hopefully me new mouse lasts a but longer.
