4 out of 5 eggsNearly Perfect

Pros: Comfortable. Easy to use. The adjustable weight is a godsend for people that cannot easily make tiny movements without some resistance. DPI adjustment is intuitive and flawless.

Cons: The side buttons above the sniper button feel cheap and grind into the mouse, past their natural stops, when pressed hard in clinch moments.

The left click switch began chattering and cutting out a week after I received the mouse. Had to replace it. Has worked fine ever since, but receiving defective products is always a downer.

Other Thoughts: This mouse would be perfect if the side buttons weren't so cheaply done. I worry about them breaking inside a year. We'll see.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat palm-clicker

Pros: Fits well in hand, clicks reliably, buttons never stick or have worn out.

Cons: the snipe button doesn't auto zoom.

Other Thoughts: Great mouse all together. Best in class.

5 out of 5 eggsM65

Pros: Fantastic grip
VERY solid construction
Beautiful

Cons: "Sniper" button could be a fit closer to the back of the mouse.
Ever so slightly a reach to push it.

Other Thoughts: Paired with a Corsair Mouse Pad. It's quite nice.

5 out of 5 eggsWhy have I been using Razer?

Pros: - Easy Adjustable DPI
- Sniper Button
- Adjustable Weights
- Scroll Wheel has a nice build quality
- Due to the Aluminum Unibody and Soft Touch Materials used... it feels amazing in the hand as it should.

Cons: - The two side buttons are kinda out of place but this could just be the size of my hand making it uncomfortable

Other Thoughts: This has to be the best mouse I have ever had! It doesn't take me long to know if I like a mouse or not especially since I have had various gaming mouses so I know what feels right as soon as I start gaming with it. If you have big hands and you are the type that start with a flat hand with gaming then eventually end up with a case of "crab claw" while playing then this is the mouse for you. If it's possible for you to go to Best Buy like I did to hold one and test it out first then go do so. I'll NEVER go back to a Razer mouse by choice after using this.

4 out of 5 eggsFantastic Mouse, Unbeatable Price

Pros: The mouse feels good in the hand both in terms of build quality and weight, which can be adjusted. The scroll wheel is tactile and satisfying while not being too weighty. The buttons are responsive without being too sensitive. The feet on the mouse make a little noise when sliding around but are holding up well for nine months of extended use. The cable is hardy and beautifully braided. The software is lightweight and allows for a wide range of customization. For the price I don't think you'll find anything nearly as feature rich and well built as this mouse, it's and unbeatable deal.

Cons: The 'sniper button' on the side of the mouse is simply set too far forward for my grip. I have large hands, and use the mouse in a claw grip and my thumb naturally rests behind the button on the side of the mouse. When I put the mouse in palm grip the button is perfectly aligned, however I do have large hands and prefer to use the mouse in a different grip. The cable can be a bit too long and feel a little heavy at the end of the mouse if it's not managed well. They include a velcro strap to tie up the cable so really it's a non issue.

Other Thoughts: This mouse is feature rich, built well, and simply feels good in the hand. It is by far the best bang for the buck on the market right now, and if my mouse ever fails I'll be coming right back to corsair for a new one.

4 out of 5 eggsNot a bad mouse at all.

Pros: Comfortable with nice weight and feel. Has pretty good build quality and the buttons were exactly what I was looking for (as far as feel and click noise is concerned).

Cons: Personally, I would have liked if the 'Sniper" button was moved to the rear a bit more. But that's just a personal opinion.

Other Thoughts: This mouse takes a little bit to get use to at first; the rear tang design makes the mouse feel a bit bigger than it really is.
I purchased it on sale at $60. I could see spending up to around $80 for this mouse, but the current price point of over $100 seems to be a bit overkill.

3 out of 5 eggsGood Mouse, middle button failed

Pros: - Extremely Comfortable
- Great tracking
- Sniper button
- Looks cool
- Adjustable weight

Cons: - Middle button on scroll wheel broke within 1 month of use

Other Thoughts: Only gave 3 eggs because the middle button has already broke. Had that not happened it would be a 5 egg review.

This mouse is extremely comfortable. It comes with three weights you can take out to adjust weight which is very nice.

It has a handy "sniper" button which is designed to allow you to quickly change the dpi to what ever you have set using the software. I do not really need this so Ive switched it to acting like the middle button of my scroll wheel since it broke...

Manufacturer Response:

2 out of 5 eggsWorked Great for 1 Year

Pros: Worked great at several different DPI settings.
Holds up great during travel. Took it with me on a long trip for work where I travelled all around Saudi Arabia for about a month and a half and took it with me on a trip for work down to Chile.

Cons: It suddenly stopped working in the middle of gaming one evening. When plugged in the light on it would just blink off and on. After searching for a solution I found that it's a problem that has come up for a couple other owners and they eventually had to send it in for an RMA. I did the same and it looks like it takes a month and a half to get a replacement. Expecting the replacement in mid February.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent mouse

Pros: Using this mouse for about a month and I absolutely love it. Most comfortable mouse I've ever used. That being said I'm used to just working with generic mice.

Cons: Currently selling for $100+, I purchased for $60. If was on sale like that again I would recommend for a friend, but I couldn't justify spending $100 for a mouse.

Other Thoughts: On sale=yes
Retail=nope

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent mouse!

Pros: The mouse has an excellent feel and weight to it. I had always used a cheap no-name or MS USB mouse for gaming and I can say having a mouse designed for gaming makes a difference.

-Adjustable weights
-Adjustable DPI on the fly with per-configurable options in the software
-Very precise tracking
-Quite clicks
-Excellent feel in the hand

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: It took me a while to get this mouse set up. I had to download the software from Corsair's website to get my system to fully recognize it.

Be sure to download the non-RGB software, Firmware 2.26, Software 1.0.0.11, as the RGB version is not compatible.
