Corsair Raptor M3 has been designed to improve your FPS game. Equipped with high-precision sensor, on-the-fly DPI switching, programmable buttons, and selected materials, Corsair Raptor M3 endows you the edge you need to destroy your opponents and dominate the battlefield.

  • newegg High-precision sensor for FPS gaming Corsair Raptor M3 is built around a high-precision sensor-- Avago ADNS-3080 1600 DPI optical sensor for its high precision and excellent linearity. It can also deliver the highly accurate tracking that’s necessary for first-person shooter dominance.
  • newegg Adjustable To Your Playing Style Instant DPI selection and programmable buttons let you tune your M3 to your strategy and your game of choice.
  • newegg Comfortable for Hours of Gaming The right-handed design has a rubberized thumb grip and soft-touch materials keep you comfortable after hours of gaming. A larger surface area for low-effort movement on a wide variety of gaming surfaces. The slippery design reduces the chance of your mouse cable getting caught or tangled during intense play.
  • newegg On-The-Fly DPI Switching Enjoy the tactical advantage of instantly dropping to the lowest DPI to set up your sniper shot, then flipping back to maximum sensitivity to make your escape. The scroll wheel backlight changes intensity to indicate the selected DPI.
  • newegg 500Hz USB Report Rate When microseconds count, faster response can give you a competitive edge.
  • newegg Six Buttons Corsair Raptor M3 comes with six buttons, and five of them are remappable under Windows, so you can have one-click access to critical game functions.

1 out of 5 eggsMiss Clicks

Pros: It looks alright?

Cons: The mouse misses some of the clicks which makes it essentially useless as a "gaming" mouse.

2 out of 5 eggsSame problem as most others

Pros: Works like a charm when it first showed up, DPI settings are nice, fits in my hand well, very responsive.

Cons: Scroll wheel went berserk after a month or so, just after the warranty was up. It's not a huge detriment to web browsing because you can just click the wheel and drag down, but switching weapons and such in games is a no go. I'd choose something else if given the choice again.

5 out of 5 eggsSo Far So Good

Pros: Decent weight, feels good in the hand. Everything works the way I want it to.

Cons: The DPI button only increases the dpi and then cycles back to the lowest one instead of a way to choose whether to increase or decrease the dpi.

Other Thoughts: I've read that a lot of the corsair mice have mouse wheels that break, but so far, the wheel is still working like a charm.

1 out of 5 eggsScroll wheel failure

Pros: Good grips, feels nice

Cons: Scroll wheel broke after 10 days. Frequently jumps up while I'm scrolling down, and vice versa.

2 out of 5 eggsTerrible quality

Pros: I like the shape, it fits comfortably in my hand

Cons: Its a piece of junk. Seriously. From day 1 the scroll wheel was non functioning, the left mouse button barely works (while playing an FPS, it would only pick up every 2 or 3 clicks if i was spamming LMB).

Other Thoughts: Buy something else. Anything else. Hopefully I can get a refund for this thing (bought it at a local electronics store)
