1 out of 5 eggsOne can not simply put in words how awful this mouse is

Pros: The fact that it finally died completely and I no longer had to use it. The box is a convenient size to bury one (1) adult sized hamster.

Cons: Haha. Well let's see. It disconnects randomly for no apparent reason. It doesn't matter what USB port it's in or what computer it's on, just all of a sudden it disconnects and (usually, but not always) reconnects a few seconds later.

The scroll wheel was designed by someone that apparently thought they knew what a scroll wheel does (scroll) but was unsure what that actually meant so they just designed this, which either scrolls randomly, not at all, or sometimes it just opens up random windows like you've clicked on something but you didn't.

The buttons on the side were apparently meant for someone that has squids for hands and not hands for hands. They are unreachable with any human thumb. The only way I can see this getting past the design phase is somewhere in a meeting, someone who really hated working for Corsair, was like "Yeah Johnson, I totally stuck those buttons in the worst spot ever on that mouse, haha! I hate this place!" The only person I can imagine using these buttons would be Nosferatu. So basically just act like they don't even exist, because they are not usable unless you take your other hand and stab at them with one of your fingers.

It is of proper size for a mouse, so that's a plus for when you get so angry and you need to throw it at the wall in disgust, you'll know you'll have a good grip on it for maximum 'chucking' efficiency.

All of these issues popped up within the first month of use.

Other Thoughts: This is the only review I've ever written for any product on the entire internet during my fairly long lifetime of buying stuff off the internet. I feel it is my civic duty, nay, my duty as a member of the human race, to point out how awful this mouse is. I didn't even want to contact Corsair, as I feared they would just send me a replacement, and then I'd still have to use it. I consider it a lesson learned. I have taken one for the team so you do not have to. Do not buy this mouse unless it is for someone you really hate. And I mean really, really, really hate.

4 out of 5 eggsmeh

Pros: got thi free with a keyboard.... its not bad.

every button works...the scroll wheel works just fine

its ALMOST big enough to fit my large, guitar playing, 6 foot 5 hands...almost.

Cons: however.... mouse 1 and 2 are OK click feel well...but everything else isnt anything to write home about

Other Thoughts: its just a decent mouse..... nothing amazing.

im using it over my logitech 5 button mouse simply because its large... thats about the only advantage it has over the logitech.

im not a sensitivity nut.... i run this mouse on the first or 2nd setting....

if i try the highest setting... i have to go FULL MIN sensitivity in my games, and im still going 920s.

1 out of 5 eggsAwful

Pros: None. Would be the price if it actually worked correctly.

Cons: This is the worst mouse I have ever owned. As many of the other reviewers stated the mouse wheel sucks. The thumb buttons are in such an inconvenient position that I have never used them. Occasionally when I boot my computer that mouse moves irratically or not at all requiring me to unplug it and plug back in. Probably the most irritating part of this product is the fact that even when it is "working properly" the cursor still shakes and vibrates with even the slightest movement. You are better getting a cheapo $10 USB mouse even if you are a gamer.

Other Thoughts: Even if it were on sale for five bucks I'd never buy another.

1 out of 5 eggsMove Along

Pros: The mouse itself was very inexpensive. I was excited to be getting something from as prestigious a company as Corsair for so little a price tag.

The price is the only good thing I can say about this mouse. Don't get me wrong, I didn't expect top of the line quality for the price--however, I do expect a certain degree of quality from a company like Corsair.

Cons: Where do I start? The mouse wheel just doesn't work. If you are intending on using this for gaming--Don't. If you are a software developer that has to scroll through pages a lot for use--Don't but this mouse. It's easy as that. I noticed the scroll wheel on this mouse sucked the day I got it 6 months ago, but couldn't be bothered to return something that was so inexpensive. I finally got on Google this week and realized the whole world is having this same issue. It's a bit unacceptable. The issue lies as stated in almost every review here, that when you scroll down 2 clicks or so, 75% of the time it will auto scroll back up 2 or 3 clicks so you are back where you started or higher. It's very frustrating when programming and trying to scroll through pages. It's also frustrating when you are playing an FPS and need to switch weapons--it can be a nightmare to switch between primary and secondary weapons. Thankfully, most games also let you switch weapons using the number keys on the keyboard.

If you are using this mouse for gaming--you should know the two extra thumb buttons, are very badly positioned. I found it extremely awkward to have to raise my thumb UP to press those buttons instead of where my thumb would naturally be.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking for a mouse that the scroll wheel doesn't work most of the time and the thumb buttons are badly positioned for more awkward gaming--this is the mouse for you. Otherwise--buy something else. I don't think Corsair is a bad company, I just think they dropped the ball with this product. I'm one of those people who doesn't like to get burned more than once though. I'll stick to Corsair RAM and buy my peripherals from Razer instead from here on out.

1 out of 5 eggsGarbage

Pros: Looks cool

Cons: Bought this from the store

Can't double-click anything, the mouse misses clicks if you click too fast.

Apparently I wasn't the only one with this problem.
Beware, I don't recommend this mouse, the button is weird. I click but the clicks dont register.

If you tap the button really hard and fast only half the clicks will register, sometimes it will be fine, most of the time it will make you mad. beware

2 out of 5 eggsIt is an Average Mouse

Pros: The size, color, design, and scroll wheel are OK.

Cons: It cannot be compared with Microsoft. It lacks the accuracy, software, design, and feeling. The brand needs to improve.

Other Thoughts: I took a shot for replace my 2 year microsoft mouse. However, the experience was not what I was expecting.

2 out of 5 eggsTerrible scroll wheel

Pros: Looks nice
Tracks well

Cons: After about 2 months of use the scroll wheel went on the fritz. When trying to scroll down it will work for 2 clicks then decide to scroll back up 3 clicks in an endless game of back n forth.
After about 5 months of use the DPI toggle has stopped working, requiring frequent reboots to get it to work.

Other Thoughts: For being a right hand mouse it is not very ergonomic.

I love corsair but stay away from this mouse.

1 out of 5 eggsNightmare, stay away.....

Pros: Ergonomics...

Cons: No driver, no firmware and no thought at all in the design of this mouse. It has been a complete failure on Corsairs part. I have already had it replaced and now the one year warranty has passed. It still looks brand new and is worthless. I have absolutely hated this mouse....

Other Thoughts: Two 350D's, H100i, H110, GT120's and Corsair memory in both my PC's. I am highly irritated that I didn't get offered a replacement upgrade for being a loyal customer and getting a piece of junk. I went with all Razer this time and have had no regrets.

1 out of 5 eggsToo much hassle!

Pros: Overall very comfortable fit, and looks great. The braided cable is a plus with small animals in the house.

Cons: Worked great for a few weeks. Then it began disconnecting and died within a month. I thought, maybe just a bad wire???
I went through the company to have it replaced for free. Then three months later, the replacement kicked it.
The scroll wheel is a nightmare.
