Pros: Look great, awesome carrying case included, good bass, nice tone.
Cons: Speakerwire comes out of both ear cups, price.
Other Thoughts: These things sound great to my untrained ear, plenty of bass, mids and highs sound natural, all around good sound. I'm not an audiophile, but I have listened to several different sets of headphones in this price range and these sound just as good or better dpepnding on the type of music.

Pros: sound nice very sparkly.
Cons: the build quality could be better.
Other Thoughts: the reason i put the but in the title is because while these are nice you can get alot better sounding headphones for the money. the Senhiser Hd-25 II are a very nice pair of headphones that i would defiantly recommend over these

Decent headphones but overpriced
Pros: Very comfortable circumaural headphones.
Cons: While comfortable the cloth covered grill that protects the drivers did push against my ears and caused some discomfort after listening for a while (more than 30 minutes).
Other Thoughts: I really wanted to like these MS400's as they were very very comfortable but compared to the similarly priced V-MODA M80's the bass sucks and the highs are overly harsh. I did enjoy the spacious soundstage that they created and if it weren't for the lack of bass I'd have been tempted to keep them but even an EQ didn't help much. I hate to use EQ's to boost frequencies too much but I tried for giggles, I could EQ the highs down to where they were more tolerable though.

Pros: Heavy, heavy bass, very rich and detailed, especially for cans with such great portability. Mids are great, but can get drowned out a little by the bass, although the bass really helps to enhance the lower mids. Treble is present and accounted for, it does not stick out very much, as most of your attention is drawn to the mids and bass, but when it comes up, the treble is very good. Overall, the sound quality is fantastic, about as good as I have ever heard in a portable headphone. The leatherette earpads and band are extremely comfortable, offering amazing isolation while keeping your ears cool.
Cons: The plastic material used for the headphone does not warrant a ton of confidence, but it is much better than Beats. The bass can get a little out of hand, but with a bit of EQ that can get cleaned right up.
Other Thoughts: These are right in the same category as Beats by Dre. They are portable headphones just over $200, with a very flashy design (personally I love the look). They are a basshead's dream; again why they are in competition with Beats, but that is not to say they aren't great all around headphones. The carbon fiber on the ear cups is a great aesthetic touch. Also remember that these are meant to be portable headphones, so they fold up very nicely into their included carrying case, and they are driven quite easily directly from a source (iPod, Zune, computer, etc.), but amping them does help. Anyway, if your are thinking about getting some Beats, stop immediately and buy these instead. Also, if you just like your music to sound great, again, buy these. I can't recommend these headphones heavily enough. And, oh yeah, buy them.
