5 out of 5 eggsAesthetically and Functionally Pleasing.

Pros: -Enhances the look of your setup
-Endless space for your keyboard and mouse
-Plenty of space to move around
-Smooth glide with enough friction to stop when you want
-Cheap compared to competitors

Cons: -Common to be cleaning hair and dust daily
-Hard to clean as it is not as portable as other mouse pads

Other Thoughts: Before You Buy:
-Make sure you measure your desk space to be absolutely sure it fits
-Decide whether a large mouse pad is really what you want, if you travel with your computer to LAN events or otherwise then its probably not the best idea

How It Enhances My Personal Setup:
-Matches my colour scheme
-It takes up the whole length of the desk, making the setup look much more aesthetically pleasing
-I don't have to worry where my mouse is, as it is always on the mouse pad

Do I Recommend It? Absolutely

1 out of 5 eggsDisappointed

Pros: -Big
-Cheap
-Thick enough

Cons: As other have said... the edges are way too sharp.

Like... if you're playing something like CS on this, you're going to have a feeling of getting paper cuts every time you aim. I didn't think it would be that bad based on the reviews... but it is. It's not really "cutting you" but the feeling is well enough to distract you a lot.

I removed it with a lot of frustration and I'm not gonna use it again...

- The material is a bit too elastic, instead of just a mat that sits there, it feels like you could lose precision with it.

Other Thoughts: Very disappointed... I thought of giving it to a friend but I'd feel like a bad friend... so it's heading straight to the garbage.

I guess it could work if you take the time to smooth the edge, but for now my old steelseries mousepad will stay.

5 out of 5 eggs"Mouse/Rat Pad" is insufficient. I call it a "Desktop Surface!"

Pros: HUGE!! Comfortable. Rats race across it smoothly, or if you prefer, mice glide smoothly on it. It's machine washable, which at close to the size of a bath towel (36" x 18" or 3 feet by 1 1/2 feet) it better be!
Resists dirt & dust, so you don't have to clean it very often; when it does get some dust on it [WAY less often than your desk does] you can run a microfiber cloth or lint roller across it & you are done! It takes me less time to clean the "Desktop Surface" as I call it, than it does to dust/polish the remaining wood sections of my desk.
VERY Wear Resistant. I've had it since November 2015 & I'm yet to see ANY signs of wear, including color fade, at all! Not on any part of it, & I have a rear surround speaker sitting on it, as well as 2 braces for a mini shelf which has the pad sandwiched between the C part of the mount (it mounts to the desk normally) & the desk itself.

Cons: Takes up my ENTIRE desk's "L" section area & then some! I use a wrist rest & place my arm on a towel anyway [have been doing so before buying this] but w/ this pad you actually HAVE to if you want to keep it from getting dingy.
Not really a con, but I'm afraid to test the machine washable claim, so I hand clean it.

Other Thoughts: You could actually cut this in half if you wanted & have 2 big mouse/rat pads if you wanted. They would last forever, too, cause this thing is durable!
I would definitely buy this again! Recommend to others, sure!

5 out of 5 eggsGIANT

Pros: I love how giant this thing is. Covers exactly what I was hoping it would. Now if it can last forever I would really love this thing.

Cons: None yet

Other Thoughts: It will cover your whole desk area with enough room for cushiony enjoyment and never ending mouse pad room.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Definitely is what it is, a large area mouse pad that covers my whole work area.

Cons: sure grip rubber base does not stay in place, pushes easy with a bit of mouse/arm movement.
laser cut edge is fray-resistant yet is very sharp to the touch, leaning arm on it is uncomfortable .

Other Thoughts: I will continue to use for now but my next purchase will be something else.

4 out of 5 eggsNice, but peels quickly

Pros: Very large pad. plenty of room for mouse and keyboard
Nice top surface - slick but enough friction to not feel like ice.
Good grippy bottom surface

Cons: The top surface started peeling at the edges after about a month of daily use.
If you have pets it WILL collect hair pretty quickly. I have to wipe the top surface off fairly regularly. This a problem with every pad I've owned though, so it's a minor issue.

Other Thoughts: if XTRAC had a version with stitched edges I'd buy it over this, but they don't. Overall pretty satisfied, aside from the peeling issue.
